Evaluation Of The Ip Movie Adaptation Right Of Network Literature

In the 1990s,with the rise of the Internet,network literature came into being.In the two decades of development of network literature,it has interpenetrated with film and television,animation,games,cultural and creative products and other industries,and integrated with each other to form fan communities and huge commercial value,which has spawned the operation and development of IP industry chain.Due to the fast development speed,large scale,the relevant legal evaluation system is not sound,resulting in difficult investment and financing,sky-high IP and other problems.There is an urgent need for a scientific and complete evaluation system to set a reasonable and fair price for IP.Therefore,from the perspective of adapting online novel IP to film,this paper explores the value evaluation method of online novel IP based on the revenue of film box office.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the literature and research theories about the value evaluation of online novel IP.This paper explains the concepts related to the IP value of network novels and film copyright,analyzes the value composition and value characteristics of the IP adaptation right of network novels,and determines the methods and ideas of the value evaluation of the IP adaptation right of network novels.This paper evaluates the value of the network novel IP adaptation for film.This paper collected the phase half material powder of network novels-adapted films from 2007 to 2022,analyzed the factors affecting the box office revenue and quantified the corresponding indicators as sample data,the BP network neural model will be built to predict the box office of films.The daily box office after the film box office is multiplied by the share rate is taken as the revenue amount,and the film copyright is evaluated by the revenue method.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight from the film copyright stripping IP adaptation rights value.Taking Young You as a case study,this paper calculates that the value of IP adaptation rights of online novel Young You is 201 million yuan.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the BP network neural prediction model of movie box office constructed in this paper has small error,high accuracy and large reference value.Second,it is difficult to estimate the value of IP.The value of IP products can be calculated from the point of view of its products,and then the analytic hierarchy process can be separated from it.The value weight of IP adaptation right obtained in this paper can be used for reference.Therefore,the research in this paper can contribute to the establishment and improvement of IP value evaluation system.
