Chinese selective complex sentence is one of the important categories of Chinese complex sentence,which is widely used in language communication and written expression.However,due to the numerous subordinate sentence patterns,relatively complex logical and semantic relations,and many rules of use of Chinese selective complex sentences,it is undoubtedly a major difficulty for non-Chinese native language learners.At present,the ontological research on Chinese complex sentences is relatively abundant,but the research on second language acquisition and teaching is relatively frail,and the research on selective complex sentences is even less.Therefore,there is a certain space for research.Based on the Global Chinese Interlanguage Corpus and HSK Dynamic Composition Corpus V2.0,this paper investigates the acquisition of Chinese selective complex sentences by international students from different countries and at different levels of Chinese.The statistical analysis software SPSS26.0 to conduct statistical processing on the collected and screened error corpus.Through the data,this paper concludes and summarizes the acquisition situation and rules of international students’ Chinese selective complex sentences.At the same time,it will also examine the arrangement of Chinese selective complex sentences in textbooks and syllabuses,analyze whether there is a significant correlation between them and the acquisition of international students.According to the theory of error analysis,we classify the types of errors in the acquisition of Chinese selective complex sentences by international students into two categories: errors in the use of conjunctions and errors in logical semantic relations.Based on interlanguage theory,this paper analyzes the causes of errors from the perspectives of negative transfer of mother tongue,generalization of target language rules,influence of teaching factors and influence of learning or communication strategies.This paper provides corresponding strategies for the second language teaching of Chinese selective complex sentences from the perspectives of textbook compilation,teacher teaching and learners’ learning,and proposes targeted teaching design for the key and difficult sentence patterns in Chinese selective complex sentences,so as to help students better master the rules of use of Chinese selective complex sentences.
