The Study On The Allusions In Jian’an Qizi’s Works

Based on the allusions used in the works of the seven masters of the Jian’an era,whose name were Kong Rong,Chen Lin,Wang Can,Xu Gan,Ruan Yu,Ying Yang and Liu Zhen,this essay does a systematic research on literary quotation of masterpiece of these Chinese intellectuals by intensively reading and statistically analyzing the texts from the seven scholars.The paper is divided into five chapters and six parts: the introduction focuses on the reason of the topic selection,status quo of Jian’an Qizi’s works and the concept of literary quotation.The first chapter combs and counts the overall situation of the allusions used in Jian’an Qizi’s works and the source of allusions.Through the source of allusions,we can see the knowledge structure of Jian’an Qizi dominated by Confucianism.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the language quotation in Qizi’s works.Firstly,the construction methods of language quotation are divided into three categories: direct interception,word-selected combination and transforming combination.Combined with the characteristics of their works having a lot of literary classics,this paper analyzes the selection of literary classics in Confucian classics such as the Book of Songs,the Analects of Confucius and Shangshu.The third chapter mainly analyzes the events in Jian’an Qizi’s works.Firstly,it analyzes the organization of events in Qizi’s works from four aspects: taking things,taking people,the combination of people and things,and the combination of people and place;Then,it combs and discusses the types of characters in the works of these seven writers.The characters from Qizi’s works are divided into three categories:political figures,hermits and immortals,and female characters,so as to explore the different mentality of these seven masters.The fourth chapter compares the similarities and differences of Jian’an Qizi’s allusions.Firstly,from the perspective of content and form,it is concluded that their allusions have the common characteristics of content-centric and neat form.Then it analyzes their differences in the use of allusions from three aspects: the tendency of selecting allusions,the interpretation of allusions and the style of allusions.The fifth chapter explores the reasons and significance of allusions in Qizi’s works.Firstly,using the method of knowing the author’s growth environment and experience,this paper analyzes the social and cultural motivation and personal internal motivation that affects the use of allusions by Qizi.Then it analyzes the value and significance of Jian’an Qizi’s allusion in literary history.In short,Qizi’s allusion not only promoted the development of the poetry and Fu’s parallelization in the Six Dynasties,but also played a transitional role in the development history of allusions,which has important reference significance for the development of later literary allusion art.
