With the continuous enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the continuous improvement of its international status,more and more foreign personnel have come to China for development.Compared with the Chinese teaching of international students in domestic colleges and universities,there is a complete training system,and the current research on the learning and use of Chinese by foreign staff in China is relatively lacking.Based on the Chinese teaching situation of foreign workers in China,this paper conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews on the learning and teaching situation of teachers,sorts out the obtained data through quantitative analysis and comparative analysis,and conducts research from three aspects: the historical evolution of Chinese teaching for foreign staff,the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese by foreign staff in the postepidemic era,and the countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese teaching for foreign workers.After the data collation of the questionnaire and the analysis of the interview results,the author found that the selection of teaching materials in the post-epidemic era for foreign staff in Chinese teaching is arbitrary,the teaching ability of Chinese teachers to organize is uneven,and the lack of interaction in online Chinese classrooms.Based on this,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: folk Chinese training institutions,Chinese teachers and foreign staff,mainly including that private Chinese training institutions should standardize the selection of teaching materials and formulate a standardized syllabus;Chinese teachers should pay attention to improving and strengthening the interaction of online Chinese teaching;foreign staff should also correct their learning mentality and enhance their awareness of interaction in learning.
