In recent years,China has shown more and more Chinese strength and responsibility internationally,allowing the world to hear China’s voice and see China’s strength.Many international students are more willing to choose China when choosing a study destination.The scale of international students studying in China continues to expand every year,and China has become the largest destination country for study abroad in Asia.While the number of international students studying in China is increasing,the development of media is also changing with each passing day,and the ways in which foreign students studying in China learn about Chinese culture are also increasing.While understanding Chinese culture,they are also showing China’s excellent culture to the world through their own power.On the basis of communication,cross-cultural communication,and education,this paper uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze and study the media used by international students to understand Chinese culture,and put forward relevant suggestions for the dissemination of Chinese culture.In the introduction,the author discusses the expandability of the thesis from the research background,research significance,relevant theoretical basis,and predecessors’ research,and puts forward the research ideas and research methods of the thesis.The second chapter briefly defines and categorizes the media,and briefly introduces the commonly used media,selects some media that are more widely used,and introduces the more successful media of Chinese culture for detailed introduction.The third chapter is to design a questionnaire for international students in China to understand the media of Chinese culture.According to the results of the questionnaire,it analyzes the main situation of international students in China and the media commonly used to understand Chinese culture.The fourth chapter,from two different media types,official media and self-media,selects a relatively successful case of promoting Chinese culture,and analyzes the reasons why they can stand out in many media platforms.The fifth chapter,based on the relevant theories of communication and pedagogy,combined with the survey and interview results,puts forward relevant suggestions for the further dissemination of Chinese culture from three different aspects: the media,Chinese teachers and international students.The conclusion summarizes the main conclusions and viewpoints of this paper,and reflects on the shortcomings of the paper.
