The Eighth China Cultural Festival Project Management Research Of Gelatin

Every year, all kinds of festival activities are held regularly throughout the country. However, due to the lack of scientific management, the economic and social benefits of some cultural festival activities are not high and cannot achieve the expected goal of the organizers and stakeholders. Therefore, it is very necessary to apply the theory, technology and method of project management to improve the resource utilization efficiency and management level of the project.China gelatin culture festival sets demonstrating the production technique of traditional Chinese medicine treasure of gelatin as the theme, thus to carry forward the Chinese medicine culture, spread the "preventive treatment of disease" concept of TCM, promote China gelatin industry development, realize the return value of gelatin and build the core competitiveness of Dong-E E-jiao. This paper will use "the Eighth China gelatin culture festival " as a case study, applying the theory and method of project schedule management, cost management and quality management on the project to carry on the analysis, pointed out four main problems existing in the project management, namely:firstly, the goal of governance structure is not perfect project reach effect; secondly, the lack of scientific performance appraisal system is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of the team; thirdly, quality management tools is lack in the process of quality management; fourthly, not quantified quality management objectives results in results cannot be measured. At the same time, the author summarized the case project of three successful experiences, namely:firstly, a strict management system can effectively control the recessive cost rise; secondly, the application of schedule management tool can effectively monitor the progress of the project; thirdly, sorting out the project schedule, cost and quality of the logical relationship can promote the overall objectives of the project to achieve.In the analysis based on the four major causes of the problem, this paper proposes to solve the following countermeasures:the first is to identify and quantify the project objectives; the second is to establish a sound organization, performance, control system, make a detailed work plan, effective application of the tools and methods; the third is to master quality management tools method skillfully applied in practice; the fourth is to decompose and quantify quality objectives to ensure the measurement.Through the analysis of this paper, the author hopes to provide some useful experience for other similar cultural festival project management.
