Research On The Aspect And Aspect Markers Of Taikang Dialects

Taikang County is located in the Eastern Plain of Henan Province.According to the "Atlas of Chinese Language"(2nd Edition),Taikang dialect belongs to the Shangfu dialect of the Central Plains Mandarin.At present,the academic research on Taikang dialect is very few,and there is almost no research on the aspect category and the ascept markers of Taikang dialect.Therefore,this article intends to take Taikang dialect as the research object,starting from actual field investigation,using the method of synchronic description and comparison,to conduct a thorough and detailed investigation and analysis of the aspect and aspect markers of Taikang dialect.The full text consists of four parts.The introductory section mainly introduces the general situation of the human geography of Taikang County,the ownership of Taikang dialect and the phonological and tonal system.It provides an overview of the research status of modern Chinese ascept categories and ascept markers,and Taikang dialect.It also explains the research purpose,significance,and methods of this article,and explains the source and style of the corpus used in this article.The first chapter takes the aspect system of Taikang dialect as the research object.This chapter first summarizes the aspect system of Taikang dialect into two major catego ries(the perfective aspect and the imperfective aspect)and seven sub categories(perfecti ve aspect: achievement aspect,experiential aspect,delimitative aspect;imperfective aspect:ing ressive aspect,progressive aspect,durative aspec,successive aspect).Then,according to the p revious criteria for the division of aspect markers,the aspect markers of each aspect in Taikang dialect are determined.And in order to better investigate the collocation of variou s aspect markers with verbs,We have classified and sorted out the verbs in Taikang diale ct from the perspective of modality.The second chapter investigates the perfective aspect of Taikang dialect.This chapter mainly describes and analyzes the achievement aspect markers"La(啦)","Lou(喽)","Ba(罢)",the experiential aspect marker"Guo(过)",and the delimitative aspect marker"Yi xia zi(一下子)"in detail from the perspectives of grammatical meaning,syntactic characteristics,and sentence type distribution,and compares the usage of aspect markers in similar aspect,such as the achievement aspect markers"La(啦)","Lou(喽)",and"Ba(罢)",to conclude their similarities and differences.The third chapter investigates the imperfective aspect of Taikang dialect.This chapter mainly describes and analyzes in detail the ingressive aspect marker"Gi lai(起来)","Kai(开)","Shang(上)",the progressive aspect marker"lei",the durative aspect marker"Zhu(住)",and the successive aspect marker"Xia qv(下去)"from the perspectives of grammatical meaning,syntactic characteristics,and sentence type distribution.On this basis,it conducts a comparative study of the usage of the ingressive aspect marker"Qi lai(起来)","Kai(开)",and"Shang(上)",pointing out that there are slight differences in the frequency and scope of use among the three,and"Qi lai(起来)"is the most frequently used.The conclusion chapter first summarizes the aspect system of Taikang dialect as a whole,then summarizes the main characteristics of aspect markers in Taikang dialect.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this article and the direction of future efforts.
