Explore The Musical Interpretation Of Poetry In Chinese And Korean Art Songs

As a member of the new era,the graduate students of Chinese vocal music should not only focus on the development of Chinese art and culture,but also learn the diversified artistic genres diligently.During my undergraduate and postgraduate studies,I have accumulated various domestic and foreign vocal music works of different styles and genres,especially the historical background and singing elements of Korean art songs.As an art genre produced under the influence of Korean poetry and literature,Korean art song has developed over one hundred years since the birth of the first art song "Impatiens" in 1920.With the development of Korean history and culture,Korean art songs are changing and growing constantly.The poetry and music contained in its genre form a highly integrated relationship,and its beautiful popular melody and lyrical lyrics have won wide popularity among singers and audiences in the world.In order to explore the reasons for the high spread of Korean art songs across the differences of language and culture,and to give the singing practice of Chinese art songs with innovative ideas and reference value,the author first starts from the point of view of how poetry exerts an important influence on the singing style of Korean art songs,and chooses the early Korean art songs "Flowers in the Mountains" and the modern Korean pop art songs "First Love" as examples.Singing practice and specific analysis."There Are Flowers in the Mountains" is an early Korean art song composed in the 1940 s.It is adapted from a classic poem by the famous Korean poet Kim So-wol and composed by the Korean folk composer Kim Soon-nam.The song is the first musical interpretation of national emotion and spirit."First Love" is a popular and popular pop art song created by composer Kim Hyo-geun in 2011.It changed the music landscape of the Korean song industry and created the current genre of Korean art pop songs.These two works clearly reflect the different artistic characteristics and aesthetic creation of Korean art songs formed in different periods,and also clearly reflect how poetry plays a key role in the singing style of Korean art songs.Then,by consulting and searching domestic and foreign literature,the research situation of Korean art songs was sorted out,and the understanding and views of this genre were systematically summarized in order to screen out effective literature materials.Then,combined with the singing practice of several Korean art songs in concerts,the author compared his own experience in singing the masterpiece of Chinese ancient poetry art songs,"A Moor at Night".This paper summarizes the experience from the singing practice of Chinese and Korean art songs and explores how to grasp the singing style of Chinese and Korean art songs from the aspects of understanding the meaning of poetry,clarifying the language logic and integrating the relationship between poetry and music from the perspective of innovation.For a long time,most singers in China focus their attention on the European and American vocal music system,and pay less attention to the Korean art songs under the Asian vocal music system,and research materials are relatively short.Therefore,the relationship between poetry and music in Chinese and Korean art songs is taken as the object of this study to enrich the singers’ practice research on different genres.In the process of exploring the musical interpretation of poetry in Chinese and Korean art songs,the author summarizes and applies the inspirations obtained,providing reference significance and reference value for the singing practice of Chinese art songs,hoping to contribute to the magnificent development of Chinese art genres.
