The Study On The Family Education Of Jurchens’ People In The Jin Dynasty

The Wanyan Xiyins’ family is a noble family with high political power among the Jurchen nobility,but not a royal family.In the politics of the Jin Dynasty,the Xiyins’ family excelled in assisting successive monarchs,and the reason for their enduring political status was due to successful family education.By sorting out the relationship between the members of the Wanyan Xiyins’ family and their achievements in the Jin Dynasty,this paper discusses the historical background of the development of family education for Jurchen people in the Jin Dynasty;Analyze the content of the family education of the Wanyan Xiyins’ family,including traditional ethnic education and cultural education mainly focused on Central Plains Sinology;Represented by the Wan Yan Xiyins’ family,the educational characteristics of the Jurchens’ family are characterized by vertical stages and horizontal epochs;Finally,taking the family education of Wan Yan Xiyins’ as the starting point,this article interprets the cultivation strategies of Jurchen family education,the evolution of Jurchen society’s changing customs,and summarizes Jurchens’ family education ideas and their impact on future family education.In the contact and interaction with the Central Plains culture,the Jurchens’ people represented by the Wan Yan Xiyins’ family have a strong sense of identity with the Central Plains culture,which shows the important role of cultural identity in ethnic integration,and further confirms the historical pattern of the Chinese nation’s pluralistic integration and solidarity.
