Research On The Diversified Training Of Chinese Ballet Dancer

Since the development of ballet,its aesthetics and technology have been influenced by times,politics,economy,and culture,especially in terms of training,which has undergone a series of changes over the past few hundred years.With the development of Chinese society,there is a trend of diversification and nationalization in dance drama creation.Major domestic ballet troupes are currently creating Chinese ballet,and have put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive abilities of ballet performers.In this context,the author first conducted interviews with industry experts on talent cultivation,stage needs,and other aspects;Based on the tracing of the historical evolution of ballet training and the sorting out of the development history of Chinese ballet training,three methods of basic ballet skills training,Chinese classical dance training,and personality dance training were selected for comparison.By analyzing different training methods,their respective strengths and weaknesses were identified,and from this,we considered whether diversified teaching could solve the shortcomings in ballet actor technical training,In order to help the development of ballet teaching in China,we should find a feasible basis in the training of ballet talents to adapt to the "localization" of Chinese stage creation,and propose a teaching model to cultivate the comprehensive ability of ballet actors.
