Research On Child Care In Shandong Liberated Area (1945-1949

The child care work in the liberated areas of Shandong is an extremely important revolutionary work of the Communist Party of China during the War of Liberation.The upbringing of the descendants of the revolution was a big problem faced by the troops during the war.In order to relieve the cadres’ worries at home and enable them to work at ease,the Communist Party of China set up a number of public childcare institutions in the liberated areas of Shandong to properly settle the children of party,government and military cadres.Exploring the child care work in this period is not only helpful to understand its special significance to the war of liberation,but also helpful to provide experience for preschool education in the new era.Tracing back to the origin of child care work in the liberated areas of Shandong,the decisions and demonstration made by the CPC Central Committee on child care issues provide some reference for the liberated areas of Shandong.In order to prepare for the War of Liberation,the issue of child care has become important and urgent.So the East China Bureau of the Central Committee of China immediately issued a series of child care policies and regulations,and planned to establish childcare institutions.Given the complexity of the conditions for the war,the Communist Party of China conducts child care mainly through the establishment of public care institutions.In order to ensure the good operation of the organization,these public conservation institutions have established a systematic organizational structure and issued institutional regulations,and constantly improve in the development.Their funding sources are mainly government funding and social funding,and the personnel composition mainly includes childcare children and childcare workers."The management and care of daily life,the organization and development of education and teaching,and the prevention and treatment of child diseases" constitute the main conservation contents of these conservation institutions.In the full support of the communist party of China and conservation workers unremitting efforts,Shandong liberated areas of child care work has achieved great results,indirectly promote the victory of the liberation war,cultivate a batch of new China builders,child care work accumulated rich experience promoted the development of preschool education,the spirit of conservation to promote the "red gene".Of course,due to the limited conditions in the war years,the conservation work is often faced with the dilemma of "lack of material resources and poor living environment",and inevitably has the problems of low cultural level and low ideological consciousness of the childcare workers.However,generally speaking,the child care work in the liberated areas of Shandong during the Liberation War has accumulated unique and rich experience,which provides some reference for the development of socialist preschool education with Chinese characteristics in the new era from the four dimensions of "leadership of the Party,financial input,education law and teacher training".
