Performance Analysis And Teaching Research Of The Eleventh Etude Of Debussy

Debussy,as the founder of impressionism music,created a new music trend in the 20 th century.During his lifetime,although he created not many works,but each work has its own characteristics,many of them have become the classic works of impressionist music.In his life,he never stopped writing piano,piano music has always occupied a very important position.His piano creation is divided into three periods,the first two periods have many works,and the last period is one of the most representative works is twelve piano etudes.Debussy’s twelve etudes are also the only etudes published in the Impressionist period.This set of etudes has its own characteristics.The perfect combination of skills and music creates a unique sense of auditory beauty.Among them,the eleventh etudes for Compound arpeggios is Liszt style.Exquisite arpeggios will be highly integrated with Impressionist music style,creating a rapidly changing,hazy and dreamy color world.Debussy made extensive use of pentatonic scale mode and new counterpoint techniques,which enriched the innovation of his works.The special touch technique and pedal application enabled him to explore more in sound color.From the technical aspect,the traditional playing methods previously applicable to etudes in the classical period and romantic period are no longer applicable to this etude.Therefore,when facing this work,players need to master new playing techniques and accept new concepts and feelings rationally and aural.This paper will analyze the creation background,musical structure and harmonic material of the eleventh Etude by Debussy,and focus on the performance characteristics and teaching methods of this work,so as to provide reference learning value for peers.The full text is divided into three parts: the first chapter mainly introduces the characteristics of Debussy’s creation and the relevant background knowledge of the eleventh etude "Composed for Compound arpeggio".The second chapter mainly analyzes the structure and material analysis of the work.The third part conducts performance analysis and teaching research from many aspects,such as touch key,playing technical difficulties,pedal control,melody line control,mastering correct music style and relevant teaching thinking.
