Research On Cultural Words In Intermediate Business Chinese Textbooks

Cultural words carry Chinese cultural information,reflect the national psychological characteristics of Chinese people and the value orientation of Chinese society.On the one hand,the learning of cultural words is helpful to improve students ’language ability and cognitive level,on the other hand,it can cultivate students’ cross-cultural communication ability,and help learners to better understand Chinese culture and communicate.First of all,on the basis of previous research and according to the characteristics of business Chinese vocabulary,cultural words are divided into four categories: material cultural words,institutional cultural words,mentality cultural words and behavioral cultural words from the cultural perspective,so as to construct the theoretical basis of this paper.Then use the data statistics method to calculate the classification and distribution of cultural words in the textbook to establish the data basis of this paper.Secondly,three parts of research are conducted.First,using comparative analysis to compare the cultural words in the textbook with the words in Business Chinese Test Syllabus and The Business Chinese Classification List,and analyze the correlation between cultural words and the Outline in the textbook,as well as the difficulty level of cultural words;The second is to analyze the number,type,interpretation and cultural connotation of cultural words in the textbook;the third is to use induction to summarize the Chinese business culture displayed by cultural words and see the communication difficulties of business culture words from the perspective of cross-cultural communication.Finally,it is found that the cultural words in the textbook are less commercial and contemporary;the cultural words and culture are narrow.In view of the above problems of intermediate business Chinese teaching material culture selection should pay attention to increase strong business vocabulary and update vocabulary,also need to strengthen the emphasis on cultural divergence,and in the process of word selection need to strengthen the use of "outline" reference,and pay attention to the variety of methods to ensure the accuracy of the definition,for the selection of intermediate business Chinese teaching material culture word provide feasible five Suggestions.
