The relationship between Marx’s theory of civil society and the current social reality should become the key point in deepening Marx’s theoretical research in the current era.First,to what extent did Marx’s theory of civil society inherit Hegel’s philosophy of law?Second, what kind of theoretical approach did Marx take to form the theory of civil society from the perspective of economics? Third, what kind of critical logic, theoretical interest, and limitations does Marx have in his critique of civil society theory? Finally,Marx’s theory of civil society inherits Hegel’s system of legal philosophy,so is it only inherited under the threshold of economics? Did Marx’s practical philosophy manifest itself during this period?Based on this, this article is mainly divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter analyzes the sources of Hegel’s theory of civil society, and understands civil society from the dual perspectives of economics and practical philosophy. The second chapter analyzes the logic of the formation of Marx’s civil society theory from the perspective of economics, analyzes Marx’s problem consciousness, historical consciousness and critical content in the 《 Rheinische Zeitung 》 period from the perspective of private property, and fills in the development process of Marx’s civil society theory by quoting some contents from the "Kreuznach Notes".Chapter 3 analyzes the logic of the formation of Marx’s theory of civil society from the perspective of practical philosophy, takes the contradiction between individuality and subjectivity as the starting point, and analyzes Marx’s transcendence of the tradition of practical philosophy by discussing his ideas in practical philosophy in this period.Chapter 4 uses the articles in the 《German-French Yearbook》 as a symbol of the formation of Marx’s theory of civil society, and discusses the relationship between the proletariat and human emancipation, thus finally pointing out the ultimate direction of human emancipation contained in Marx’s theory of civil society.
