Hegel’s civil society theory brought civil society into a new era with modern significance. He advocated the separation of civil society and state, which broke the previous philosophers’ view that civil society was equal to the political state, which was of great significance to the establishment of Marx’s civil society theory.Marx formed his own theoretical system of civil society on the basis of inheriting the criticism of Hegel’s philosophy. He did not copy Hegel’s thought completely, but founded his own theory on the basis of sublating Hegel’s theory and other theoretical systems.Based on the text of the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right, this paper expounds the logical way of Marx’s analysis, reflection and criticism of Hegel’s theory of "the state decides the civil society",and on this basis analyzes Marx’s new views on the relationship between the civil society and the state. This paper mainly describes the new theoretical viewpoint of "civil society decides the state" proposed by Marx in the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law,analyzes the internal relationship and external representation between civil society and the state in the theoretical perspective of Marx at that time, and explains Marx’s criticism, inheritance and transcendence of Hegel’s theoretical viewpoint of "the state decides the civil society".On this basis, this paper further explains the deep relationship between Marx and Hegel on the civil society and the state, and further points out the theoretical significance and influence of Marx’s civil society and the state.Based on in-depth analysis and research of the text of“Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right,” this paper mainly discusses the relationship between civil society and the state. This paper is mainly carried out from the following aspects: the first is to analyze and expound the background of civil society and state thought in the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right, namely the social background and theoretical background, and reveal the realistic environment and theoretical context of the relationship between the state and civil society in the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right. The second is the elaboration of Hegel’s concept of the state and the relationship between civil society and the state. On this basis,it further explains the specific content of Marx’s criticism of Hegel’s theory of civil society and the state. Finally,it introduces Marx’s new view of the theory of the relationship between civil society and the state, that is,the civil society determines the state. It also points out that this view transcends Hegel’s view that "the state decides civil society".The third is the objective evaluation of Marx’s "Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right" thought of civil society and state relations, including mainly from the theoretical contribution and theoretical limitations of two aspects of in-depth explanation. The last part is based on Marx’s discussion of the civil society and the state relationship theory, combined with the specific actual situation of China, summed up the "Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right" civil society and the state relationship thought for the current Chinese socialist modernization of the theoretical inspiration and practical significance. In short,Marx’s in-depth analysis and reflection on Hegel’s criticism of civil society and state relations theory and its theoretical achievements in the manuscript Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right is of great practical value to correctly understand and deal with the realistic problems of China in the new era.In theory, the thinking on the relationship between the state and civil society in Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right has important theoretical enlightenment for us to correctly understand the relationship between socialist society and the state. In reality,it is of great benefit to correctly understand and solve various problems existing in the development stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promote the steady development of socialist cause. |
