Practical Philosophy Under The Laws Of Society Study

The theory of social law is indispensible to the historical materialism of Marxist philosophy. As deeper understanding about the text research of Marxist philosophy, the academic field generally reckons the view of practice as the foremost and basic idea of Marxist philosophy, and the essence of Marxism as the practical materialism. However, the academic field has done rare research to manage the theory of social law from the perspective of practical materialism. Meanwhile, it is extremely meaningful to study this issue under the recent social condition. With the spread of modernization and market economy in the worldwide, there are great changes in social life and mode of thinking, such as people care more about themselves and the present, rather than the historical process of human society and its law as it was before. And because the post-modernization deconstructs of traditional philosophy, people focus on the difference, uncertainty and contingency, some even deny law and causality. So this, on a great scale, is the great challenge to the view on traditional social law. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to response to these questions based on the further understanding on social law of Marxist philosophy.By taking the research methods of consisting logic with history and thinking backwards, the dissertation has done some exploratory work mainly reflected on the following aspects.In the first place, the author leads to the practical philosophy of studying social law, with sorting out the literature review of social law and analyzing the difficulties of studying social law. In light of this, the author eventually gets to the theory of practical generation on social law, by exploring the premise of generating social law, the concrete relationship between practice and social law, and so on. In the second place, at the macroscopic level, the view on social law in theory of practical generation, a complete and scientific method of historical dialectics, reflects the dialectics of social and historical development. Basing on the practice, this view can be understood from two aspects: the subject-and-object dialectics and the infinite-and-finite dialectics.In the third place, because practice is consistent with the method, the function of methodology has been transformed with the essence of viewpoint on social law in Marxist philosophy changing from the apriorism to the theory of practical generation. That is to say, the function of methodology has been transformed from historical design to historical practice. The socialism with Chinese characteristic is just the great exploration of thinking from historical practice.
