| Since its birth,film has undergone three transformations: from silent to sound,monochrome film to color film,and film to digital.Every time there is a change,the movie is "reshaped" in the shadow of "movie is dead".Now,with the development and infiltration of video games,movies seem to usher in a new revolution.How video games specifically affect film creation;what kind of appearance and characteristics do movies present after the intervention of video games;what significance does this appearance have for the future direction of movies,these issues need to be resolved urgently.On this basis,the sensory experience of "movies are more and more like video games,and video games are more and more like movies" seems to be enough to summarize the current situation of the fusion of movies and video games,and at the same time,it also expresses the worries that both parties will lose their standard after the fusion,Some scholars even regard the gamification of movies as a daunting path.The author believes that starting from the film standard,the integration of movies and video games should return to the most intuitive integration of video games in movies,that is,the plot of video games,to reorganize the combination of movies and video games.At the same time,this paper will borrow the method of media archaeology to trace the historical traces of the plots of video games in movies.Using the plot of video games as a carrier,sort out the "phenomenon" of video games in movies,and go back to the so-called "starting point of fusion",and pursue "new phenomena" in "old things".In this way,the linear historical line of fusion development is broken,and a discontinuous and inherited pedigree is sorted out.In short,this paper attempts to make a breakthrough in two aspects: first,it summarizes the fusion aesthetic characteristics in the current video game plot movies;second,it tries to demonstrate that the gamification trend in movies is not a new phenomenon,but a New rhetorical forms which based on the currentvisual experience. |
