"Cross-media narrative" refers to the narrative activity of one medium trying to transcend its own boundaries to achieve the aesthetic effect of another medium, emphasizing the phenomenon of "out of position" without changing its own characteristics. In the current era of the rapid development of the two art categories of film and drama, whether it is the dramatization of film narrative or the cinematization of drama narrative,it is the embodiment of this "out of position" phenomenon. This is not to say that the two abandon the characteristics of their own expression media, but to enrich and innovate their own aesthetic value while borrowing and imitating what the other is good at.This kind of "Cross-media narrative" of borrowing and imitating occurs at both the "content" level and the "form" level, both of which are based on their own expression media and narrative attributes. The "Cross-media narrative" of the film to drama is reflected in the content of the performance of the theater performance, narration or shaping the narrative work of the dramatist,or the narrative content of the theater directly displayed by the film, expressed as "filmed theater" and "drama adapted film".Formally, the "continuous image" medium realizes the "body-physical" medium by simulating and strengthening the characteristics of "demonstration narrative",namely "display","improvement(unpredictability)",and "represented participation".The imitation of "presence";in the narrative time and space,a relatively single and closed narrative space is used to create a gathering and linear look;in the narrative style,a relatively externalized and exaggerated narrative style, such as strengthening body display and repetitive lines Script and performance method, etc. The "Cross-media narrative" of drama to film,in content,is embodied in theatrical performances that show film screens, watch movie scenes, narrate and shape narrative works such as the experiences and images of film masters,or embodied in "film adaptation dramas".Formally, the "body-physical" medium imitates the flexibility of the narrative time and space and content produced by the "continuous image" medium through post-processing and montage;and increases the single "lens" unit in the lens language by imitating the "continuous image" medium The way of the amount of information has an impact on the narrator’s initiative and the respondent’s passivity. In this path, movies and dramas have crossed their own boundaries, imitating the aesthetic effects that the other party is good at.
