Tea Drinking And Utensil Discussion:Research On The Literati’s Aesthetic View Of Utensils From The Perspective Of Modern Tea Literature

Tea and tea ware are important parts of literati ’s aesthetic life.In the writing of modern tea literature,there are many fragments involving tea utensils.The implied aesthetic view of utensils is the product of the combination of the inherent elegant cultural consciousness of the literati class and the popularization trend of the secular society.Modern literati generally practice a simple aesthetic attitude in the way of drinking tea.In the selection and use of tea utensils,they achieve the dual use of material and heart,which is suitable for people,and is consistent with the development principle of ’ applicable,economical and beautiful ’ arts and crafts in the Republic of China.It has certain enlightening significance for the construction of contemporary daily tea aesthetic life and the creation and development of daily utensils.This paper is based on an interdisciplinary research perspective,takes the writing of tea and tea utensils by literati in modern tea literature as the research text,analyzes the expression and connotation of the literati ’s aesthetic view of utensils of modern literati contained in it,and get inspiration for contemporary aesthetic life and daily utensils creation..Firstly,the fragments of tea wares involved in literati ’s tea writing are extracted from modern tea literature,and summarize them into three categories : teapot,teacup and tea bowl.Secondly,it analyzes the lifestyle of literati drinking tea in modern tea literature,reveals the new characteristics of the times of tea culture and utensils,and summarizes the aesthetic concepts of modern literati in the selection and use of tea utensils.Then through comparative research,this paper analyzes the different value orientations of traditional literati and modern literati in the aesthetics of tea utensils,and explains the literati ’s aesthetic values of utensils with specific cases of tea affairs,and analyzes the causes of the times of the literati ’s aesthetic view of utensils.Finally,in view of the dilemma of daily aesthetic life from the perspective of consumer culture and postmodernism,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of the literati ’s aesthetic view of utensils on contemporary daily life.
