A Study Of The Marxist Philosophy Implications Of Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse On Rural Revitalization

In the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping clearly proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and wrote the strategy into the Party Constitution.In the report to the 20 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping further made a profound discussion and comprehensive plan for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization: "Comprehensively promote rural revitalization.The most arduous and onerous task in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way still lies in the countryside.We will give priority to agricultural and rural development,integrate urban and rural development,and speed up the building of an agricultural powerhouse." The implementation of rural vitalization and its strategy has extremely important strategic value and era significance.Xi Jinping’s important discussion on rural vitalization is the fundamental follow and action guide for the current and future implementation of rural vitalization strategy and plan.This important discussion plays a very important ideological guiding role in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,building livable,working and beautiful countryside,and following the socialist road of rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics.The study on the philosophical implication of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on rural vitalization from the perspective of Marxist philosophy can deepen the theoretical understanding of the cadres and the masses on rural vitalization and its strategy,so as to promote the implementation of rural vitalization and its strategy.This study is divided into six parts.In the first part,through the analysis of the background and significance of the topic and the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and innovation points are determined,and it is confirmed that it is feasible to study the philosophical implication of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization from the perspective of Marxist philosophy.Then in the second part,taking Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization as the ontology,the relevant concepts are defined,and the ideological basis of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization is found through ideological exploration,and then the core contents such as the general policy,general requirements,specific path and basic principles of this important discourse are systematically elaborated and analyzed.The third part to the fifth part is the main part of this article.The author takes the basic principles of Marxist philosophy as the ontology,respectively from the three aspects of materialism,materialist dialectics and materialist historical view,and makes a detailed study of the philosophical implications contained in Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization,and fully demonstrates a point of view: Xi Jinping’s important discussion on rural revitalization is based on the reality of rural development,in line with the requirements of a modern agricultural power,in line with the expectations of farmers,and shows the ideological guiding role of Marxist philosophy in China’s rural revitalization.Finally,in the sixth part,the author makes a brief summary of the relevant theories and Marxist philosophical implications of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization,and expounds the author’s personal understanding and understanding of rural revitalization and its strategy.Based on the basic principles of Marxist philosophy,this paper studies the implication of Marxist philosophy in Xi Jinping’s important exposition on rural revitalization,which can not only deepen the people’s ideological identity of rural revitalization and its strategy,so as to promote the implementation process of rural revitalization strategy,but also promote the spread and transformation of the world view and methodology of Marxist philosophy in China.
