Ceramics is an extremely representative category of traditional Chinese culture.With the development of modern education and the successive introduction of Primary and Secondary Education Reform Policy,ceramic culture is increasingly valued in primary and secondary school education.However,in terms of the current course model in primary and secondary schools,the course with main form of ceramic art classes is to a certain extent unable to meet the psychological and physical development for primary and secondary school students.This paper explores the importance and necessity of teaching the history of ceramics in primary and secondary schools,as well as the method of Ceramic History Narrative transformation according this,by analyzing the existing models of teaching ceramics in primary and secondary schools.This paper develops the discussion in four chapters.The first chapter,through the analysis of literature,identifies the research value of transforming the popularization of ceramic history for primary and secondary school groups.The second chapter analyzes the current status of ceramic history teaching in primary and secondary schools,including the analysis of existing ceramic history books and the current situation of ceramic history courses in primary and secondary schools.The third chapter is an analysis of the current status of ceramic history narratives in primary and secondary schools,in which three narrative problems are identified: lack of balance;the lack of systematization;lack of independence.The fourth chapter is an exploration of the transformation of ceramic history narratives for the teaching of ceramic culture in primary and secondary schools in response to the above problems.The aim of the research outcomes in this paper is to change the traditional teaching model of primary and secondary school pottery classes,which is focused on the skill practice,and to transform it into a popular narrative platform with storytelling,systematization and the integration of elements of disciplines and sections through the Ceramic History Narrative,laying a solid foundation for the spread of Chinese ceramic culture and promoting the further popularization of it.
