Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,the Communist Party of China has led the people to carry out the unprecedented poverty alleviation battle with the largest scale,the greatest intensity,and the benefit of the largest population in history.In the process of poverty alleviation,the spirit of poverty alleviation has been condensed with the spirit of "concentrating from top to bottom,fighting with elites,being precise and pragmatic,pioneering and innovating,overcoming difficulties,and living up to the people." On February 25,2021,at the National Poverty Alleviation Summary and Commendation Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping solemnly announced that my country’s poverty alleviation battle has achieved a comprehensive victory.China’s poverty alleviation has multiple meanings,providing the world with Chinese ideas,contributing Chinese wisdom to building a better world,and demonstrating China’s image as a major country.Poverty alleviation TV dramas are screen mirror images of the battle against poverty.They reproduce the history of the battle against poverty in the medium of TV dramas,showing the fighting spirit and determination of poverty alleviation cadres and people in poor areas to get rid of poverty and overcome difficulties.Seeing the development and changes of an era with the image of little people and the development of individual destiny,placing small individuals in the changing environment of the times,the individual growth process highlights the epitome of the times.Focusing on China’s existing outstanding poverty alleviation TV dramas,and summarizing the pros and cons of poverty alleviation TV dramas through the analysis of the works,it also plays a constructive role in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and is of great significance.The first chapter mainly discusses the birth background of poverty alleviation TV series,sorts out the development process of my country’s poverty alleviation policy,and clarifies the relationship between rural TV series and poverty alleviation TV series.That is,the practical significance of the development of poverty alleviation TV dramas is to inherit the excellent national culture in TV dramas,and to tell the story of China’s poverty alleviation well to establish the image of a great country.The second chapter analyzes the image formation of the main characters in the poverty alleviation TV series.Through the perspective analysis of the characters in the poverty alleviation TV series,it summarizes the expression of the group portraits of the characters,as well as the rules and methods of characterizing the characters,which is more helpful to establish the poverty alleviation TV series.and the type characteristics and expression patterns of.This chapter summarizes the characteristics of the characters in poverty alleviation TV series from the two parts of the village cadres and villagers in the poverty alleviation TV series.Poverty alleviation cadres brought new ideas to impoverished areas,and cooperated with local cadres to get rid of poverty and become rich in rural areas.Through the analysis of the local villagers groups,it reflects the farmers’ demands for real life and spiritual aspects.The analysis of typical characters in TV dramas about poverty alleviation can explain the development and laws of history from the perspective of human beings,and excavate deep connotations.The third chapter focuses on the research on the image narrative of poverty alleviation TV dramas.The space in the poverty alleviation TV series focuses on the vast and distinctive rural land.Its narrative structure and narrative techniques are all centered on the development and advancement of poverty alleviation work.The characteristics of the underlying logic of the narrative lead to many adjustments in narrative representation.This chapter presents the video narrative of poverty alleviation dramas through the presentation of local time and space in poverty alleviation dramas,the exploration of local styles,and the care of multiple perspectives.In the fourth chapter,in the face of the increasing number of poverty alleviation TV dramas but the lack of excellent works,through a large number of text content analysis,the narrative difficulties and development strategies in the current poverty alleviation TV dramas are summarized.At present,there are problems such as serious homogeneity of content models in the creation of poverty alleviation-themed TV dramas,masquerading of characters,and superficial expression of themes.Finally,in terms of expressing original intentions,enriching artistic techniques,modernization and innovative expression,etc.,I made ideas and prospects for the future development of poverty alleviation TV series.
