A Study On Pronouns Of Shanxi Quwo Dialect

Quwo dialect belongs to Pingyang subcluster of Fenhe cluster,the Central Plains Mandarin.This thesis describes the pronoun system of Quwo dialect from three aspects: personal pronouns,demonstrative pronouns and interrogative pronouns,hoping to show the characteristics of Quwo dialect pronouns in pronunciation,semantics and pragmatics.The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it briefly introduces the geographical location,historical evolution and population distribution of Quwo,and summarizes the attribution,internal differences and phonological system of Quwo dialect.Secondly,it introduces the research results of Shanxi dialect pronouns and Quwo dialect pronouns.Finally,it explains the research purpose and significance,corpus source and style of this paper.The second chapter describes and analyzes the personal pronoun system of Quwo dialect.This chapter mainly describes the basic forms and usages of the Three Personal Pronouns and other personal pronouns in Quwo dialect.In the Three Personal Pronounsthe,it describes the transformation of singular and plural forms.Other personal pronouns include Referral Pronoun,Reflexive pronouns and General designations pronoun.Finally,it summarizes the characteristics of personal pronouns in Quwo dialect.The third chapter describes and analyzes the demonstrative pronoun system of Quwo dialect.This chapter first introduces the basic forms and types of demonstrative pronouns of Quwo dialect,and it describes the pragmatic functions of demonstrative pronouns of Quwo dialect from the aspects of situational use,discourse deictic use,tracking use,recognitional use and auxiliary reference.Finally,the demonstrative pronoun of Quwo dialect belongs to dichotomy.The fourth chapter describes and analyzes the interrogative pronoun system of Quwo dialect.This chapter first introduces the basic forms of interrogative pronouns,and describes the interrogative pronoun system of Quwo dialect into seven categories:“ Shei”“Sha”“Na”“Za”“Duo(Shao)”“Ji”.In addition,it also describes the non interrogative usage of interrogative pronouns.The fifth chapter is the summary.This chapter briefly summarizes the main characteristics of the pronoun system of Quwo dialect.
