A Study On The Satisfaction Evaluation Of The Elderly In Community Of Public Cultural Services In Xi’an

The prosperity of socialist cultural undertakings is closely related to the development of socialist modernization.The gradual improvement and development of China’s cultural undertakings is not only a stable confidence in national culture,but also a necessary guarantee to improve the country’s comprehensive competitiveness.Compared with the situation that the material life of the people has been basically guaranteed,the spiritual and cultural life of the people is still underdeveloped,especially the cultural needs of the growing elderly population need to be enriched and met.As the basic living unit of urban residents and the basic management unit of government departments,community is the main space for residents’ life and government governance.However,there are still some problems in community level public cultural services,such as single service content,unbalanced supply structure,and disconnection from the actual needs of the masses.Based on the new public service theory,multi center governance theory and customer satisfaction theory,this paper studies the satisfaction evaluation level of community public cultural services for the elderly in Xi’an.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of the supply of community public cultural services in Xi’an and the cultural service needs of the elderly group,constructs the satisfaction evaluation model of the elderly group of community public cultural services in Xi’an,establishes the satisfaction evaluation index system by using the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and interview,and collects 317 questionnaire data through online and offline channels;Then use SPSS25.0 test the authenticity and reliability of the questionnaire data,and use the structural equation model to fit and verify the satisfaction evaluation model of the elderly group of community public cultural services in Xi’an;Finally,according to the scores and weight ranking of various evaluation indicators in the satisfaction evaluation model,the calculation and analysis of the overall satisfaction level of Xi’an elderly groups with community public cultural services,and put forward suggestions for improving the satisfaction of Xi’an elderly groups with community public cultural services.Through the research,we know that the elderly have high expectations for community public cultural services.However,the community public cultural services have some problems,such as the lack of elderly cultural services,the lack of rich and distinctive local cultural characteristics,and the blocked channels for the expression of residents’ opinions.Finally,combined with the actual investigation and empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of public cultural services for the elderly in Xi’an community,including accurately grasping the expectations of the elderly in public cultural services,optimizing the characteristic supply content of community public cultural services for the elderly,improving the perceived value of community public cultural services for the elderly,and improving the supporting mechanism of community public cultural services for the elderly.
