Application Of Image Media In Contemporary Print Creation

In the development process of printmaking art,with the integration of new forms of expression into the creation,it is inseparable from the progress of media means.From block printing,to chemical etching,to photosensitive,digital technology,the application of different materials reflects the importance of print media in each era.In the development of modern printmaking and the use of printmaking language in the media art and installation art works of the same period,digital technology is involved with the development of science and technology.It can be clearly seen that the development of science and technology provides more media choices for artistic creation,and also affects the audience’s way of appreciation and understanding of artistic creation.Based on the prints as the main body,from the perspective of media use,carding the history of print,traditional printmaking from early as media in order to satisfy the demands of practical type "copy" print,for the purpose of development to the "creative prints" as an artist personal creative output of media,to the contemporary image forms of intervention,expand the connotation and denotation of "conceptual art".This paper mainly explores the development of photographic technology since the 1830 s,because of the application of photosensitive materials,the creation of screen prints has changed,but also with the development of science and technology,the digital image technology under the static and dynamic form.Prints from the analysis of image characteristics and the representative form of application,the works of contemporary printmaking artists creation methods and ideas,and to study image technology intervention after contemporary print art reflects the era value,and prints with the relationship between the visual media,exploration and reflection on the future development road of art.
