The Double Aspects Of Marx’s Theory Of Value

The discussion of value entity and value form in the commodity chapter of Kapital reveals the scientific nature of value theory,and the discussion of commodity fetism reveals the criticism of value theory.The scientific nature and critical nature of value theory are intrinsically unified: value formalism scientifically proves the judgment of value entity theory with dialectical thinking,and lays a theoretical foundation for critique of commodity fetishism.At present,most of the researches on this part of the academic circle are oriented to the separation of this kind of unity,and the "entity theory of value" is understood as a scientific theory,and the "commodity fetishism" is understood as a critical theory,so that the theory of value presents both scientific and critical aspects.On the one hand,this orientation ignores the scientific proof of value formalism to value entity theory,on the other hand,it ignores that value formalism is the theoretical premise of critique of commodity fetishism,which inevitably leads to the alienation of value theory from science and criticism.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct this unification,and the reconstruction process is divided into the following three chapters:Chapter one: reveals the theoretical dilemma of the double aspect of value theory.Firstly,by clarifying the double meaning of the concept of "science",the author points out how the theory of value deviates from its original scientific nature when it is presented as a scientific aspect.By clarifying the concept of "criticism",it points out how the value theory deviates from the criticism it should have when it is presented as criticism.Finally,it illustrates the theoretical dilemma caused by the separation of the two sides of value theory.Chapter two: Critical analysis of the double aspects of value theory.Firstly,the theoretical revolution of repositioning value theory,that is,value theory is Marx’s theoretical result of criticizing intellectual thinking of classical political economy with dialectical thinking.Then cardes the value entity theory and commodity fetishism theory of commodity chapter.Finally,according to this kind of carding,the double aspect of value theory is critically analyzed.Chapter three: Re-understand the scientificity and criticality of value theory based on "value form".First determine the way and method of rethinking value theory.Then,the importance of "value formalism" is revealed from Marx’s discussion and the logic sorting above,and the value formalism is logically sorted out.Finally,the double aspect of value theory is reunderstood based on "value form".Finally,chapter four illustrates the significance and enlightenment of this reconstruction.Firstly,it establishes the true connotation of scientific and critical value theory;Second,it unifies the scientific nature and critical nature of value theory through the intermediary of value formalism.The enlightenment lies in that this study will help to grasp the nature of the theory of value and Marx’s theoretical stand in the period of Kapital.
