| In the complex historical field of the 1990 s,the sixth generation of Chinese directors emerged from the army,examined the real world with a pioneering attitude,and constantly innovated the language of film,presenting a pattern of parallel creation of feature films and documentaries.As one of the representatives of the sixth generation of directors,Jia Zhangke not only became famous in the field of drama films,but also in the field of documentaries.This paper places the problem of "experimental consciousness" in Jia Zhangke’s documentary in the scope and field of documentary creation of the sixth generation of directors,so as to establish a coordinate system and explore the "experimental consciousness" of Jia Zhangke’s documentary creation in terms of commonality and difference.Jia Zhangke’s documentary creation as a whole presents the characteristics of large time span,many types and scattered distribution,full of cold thinking about reality,and exudes humanistic care,which is both documentary and aesthetic.This paper uses hermeneutics,author theory,comparative research,text perusal and other methods,from the perspective of "experimental consciousness",through the overall care and research of Jia Zhangke’s documentary creation,to explore the performance and generation of "experimental consciousness" of his documentary creation,in order to provide a new path for his text research and provide a reference for theoretical research for the current documentary creation.This paper mainly discusses Jia Zhangke’s "experimental consciousness" from the two aspects of his documentary creation method and concept,and further explores the causes of "experimental consciousness".From the perspective of creative methods,his images present the characteristics of defamiliarization and poetry of daily life,pursuing "upper camera" under the principle of naivety;his documentary voice is semantically rich,and the amplified sound and surrealist electronic music constitute the contextualized treatment of sound;in terms of narrative strategy,the constantly changing narrative viewpoint and perspective,the variation of narrative structure and the narrative of "meta-film" all reflect a distinct "experimental consciousness".From the perspective of creative concepts,Jia Zhangke coexistence of documentary and fiction,extends the semantics of "acting" and "acting",broadens the boundaries and connotations of documentary creation,and enriches the creation type of documentary.Jia Zhangke’s social background and the atmosphere of the times nourished his multi-dimensional artistic accomplishment,and he applied these elements to documentary creation,realizing the diversified mutual learning of film and other arts. |
