Study On Spatial Differentiation Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Urban Community Resource Availability From The Perspective Of Life Circle

With the improvement of urban life quality and the change of lifestyle,people pay more and more attention to the quality of urban living space.At the same time,urban construction under the guidance of "GDP only" ignores the construction of urban people’s livelihood and the balanced allocation of basic public service facilities and resources,resulting in a series of "urban diseases",which seriously affect the construction of high-quality urban space.Since the 1980 s,the study of living space has become the core proposition of urban social geography.In the field of living space research,the study of living space quality and the availability of urban community resources have become the frontier fields of its research.Therefore,under the background of the changes in social contradictions and the growing needs of the people for a better life in the new era,promoting the research on the spatial differentiation pattern of community resource availability under the concept of living space quality has distinct contemporary and important academic significance.This research takes "community resource availability",the frontier and central topic of living space research,as the research theme,the view of urban living space quality as the research perspective,the advanced concept and method of community facility allocation "life circle" as the research perspective,the main urban area of Xi’an as the research case area,and the statistical data such as POI,travel circle and other Internet big data and questionnaire survey,Using the measurement methods such as CRAI index and spatial equity,and spatial autocorrelation and other spatial analysis methods,this paper studies and reveals the spatial differentiation characteristics of urban community resource availability under the background of urban social stratification,finally reflects the quality structure and level differences of urban living space,discusses the influencing factors on the spatial differentiation of community resource availability in the main urban area of Xi’an,and explores the planning method of community resource fair allocation from the perspective of spatial justice,Trying to make contributions to the empirical research of enriching living space in China.The findings are as follows:(1)In terms of the fair differentiation of community types,there is a certain inter community deprivation structure in the availability of community resources.However,vulnerable communities such as public rental housing and urban villages are inferior to commercial housing and unit housing communities in terms of the availability of various facilities;(2)The overall spatial differentiation pattern presents the distribution pattern of "center edge" and "circle + cluster";(3)There are two laws of fair differentiation of community resource availability in the main urban area of Xi’an:one is the attenuation law of spatial distance,the other is the differentiation law of internal and external equity influencing factors;(4)There are two major characteristics in the fair differentiation of community resource availability in the main urban area of Xi’an: the fairness of facility space allocation with higher frequency and lower level is higher than that with lower frequency and higher level;The fairness of space allocation of "hard" facilities that mainly guarantee public safety is higher than that of "soft" facilities such as culture,education and social security.In the last part of the paper,this study further discusses the influencing factors of the spatial differences in the availability of community resources in the main urban area of Xi’an,puts forward fair allocation strategies to improve the spatial fairness of the availability of community resources in the main urban area of Xi’an from the macro,meso and micro aspects,and puts forward the innovations,shortcomings and future prospects for further research.
