Research On The Influence Of Community Culture On Community Belonging Of Urban Residents

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and the social structure has also undergone great changes,which also brought about a new form of community.From the common "unit system" community before the reform and opening up to the common commercial housing community step by step,there are inevitably many problems that cannot be ignored in this process,among which the more prominent problem is the sense of belonging of community residents.Now the heterogeneity of residents in urban communities is prominent,and the sense of belonging of residents is weak on the whole.The sense of community belonging of residents not only directly affects the happiness of residents,but also has an inseparable relationship with the improvement of community governance and the promotion of community harmony.As a discipline and professional activity that uses scientific methods to help others,social work is committed to improving individual ability and happiness,promoting community governance,and coordinating the harmonious development of society.So this article is centered on urban community belonging,the community culture construction influence on urban community sense of belonging,and try to from the perspective of social work intervention in urban community culture construction,to further improve the community residents of belonging.This paper mainly adopts the survey method to conduct research.After investigating the cultural status of Chongqing communities and the status quo of residents’ sense of community belonging through questionnaire,it is found that the residents’ sense of community belonging is generally not high at present.In addition,through interviews with community workers,we found some difficulties in cultural construction in the community.At the same time,through the SPSS analysis of survey data found that community of material culture,spiritual culture,behavior culture and system culture from four aspects and communities there is significant positive correlation between the sense of belonging among all,and through regression analysis,it is concluded that community culture can significantly affect residents’ sense of belonging in the community,among which community spiritual culture and community material culture have more obvious influence on residents’ sense of belonging in the community.Finally,according to the specific process of intervention of social work and the article research results,thinking from the community in the construction of spiritual culture,material culture,system culture and behavior culture four different aspects combined with social work methods and techniques are proposed to promote urban community culture level and the resident community belonging the path of the proposal,such as the promotion of mainstream values,with the help of community work to create community cultural labels;Use social work to help improve the community system and promote community development.
