Research On Rural Cultural Construction Under The Perspective Of Rural Revitalizatio

From the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" was proposed in the first time in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the establishment of The National Administration for Rural Revitalization in 2021,the Party and the government have not only further deepened their understanding of the theory of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also made a key step towards rural revitalization in practice.To revitalize the countryside,we should not only shape the soul but also cast it.The countryside is the bottom line of the rise and fall of Chinese civilization.After thousands of years of Chinese agricultural civilization,it has accumulated splendid rural material and spiritual cultural treasure,which is an important soft power of Rural Revitalization.Rural cultural construction is the soul project of rural revitalization.It is not only the due meaning of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also provides spiritual and intellectual support for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy to study the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the guidance,analyzing the existing problems and causes of the current rural cultural construction,and exploring the path of rural cultural construction.The Rural Revitalization strategy is a major strategic deployment of rural development of China made by the Communist Party of China Central Committee in the new era,and the rural cultural construction is an important part of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The study of rural cultural construction is of great significance to promote the construction of socialist new countryside in the new era.The research is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter firstly defines the concept of culture and rural culture,analyzes the rural culture in the context of rural revitalization,and then expounds the theoretical origin of rural culture construction from the perspectives of Marxist classical writers,the Communist Party of China and traditional Chinese culture.The second chapter discusses the historical opportunity of rural cultural construction from three aspects of internal need,material basis and policy support,and analyzes the strategic significance of rural cultural construction combined with the current actual situation.The third chapter in combination with the status quo of the current rural construction,analyzes the main problems existing in the rural culture construction,and further explores the reasons of the existence of the problem behind.At the same time,the study is combined with the actual situation of rural cultural construction in Jimo District,Qingdao city.It not only provides rich practical materials for the study,but also reflects the practical value of rural cultural construction research.The fourth chapter,aiming at the above problems and reasons,explores the path of rural cultural construction from five aspects: strengthening rural education and construction of rural cultural talents,building beautiful ecological homes,inheriting excellent rural culture,optimizing rural public cultural service supply and strengthening the leadership of rural grassroots party organizations.
