Rural Culture Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Research

With the rapid progress of economic construction,great changes have taken place in rural areas,and the material living conditions of farmers have changed qualitatively.However,under the presentations of economic prosperity and material enrichment,the spiritual and civilized life in rural areas is still poor and the demand for cultural life can not be met.The asymmetric development of spiritual civilization and material civilization has seriously hindered the road of comprehensive development in rural areas and restricted the process of building a well-off society.At the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "strategy of rural revitalization" and "firm cultural self-confidence",attaching great importance to the current development of rural culture.In October 2017,a book entitled "Xi Jinping’s Digest on Socialist Cultural Construction" edited by the Documentation Research Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was divided into eight themes,in which the importance of cultural construction was systematically expounded from multiple perspectives.At the Nineteenth Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the call of "strengthening cultural self-confidence and promoting the prosperity of socialist culture".He put forward new goals and requirements for cultural construction,pointed out the direction for our basic cultural work and rural cultural construction,provided theoretical weapons and opened a new chapter for the work of basic cultural construction.Under the guidance of the idea of "rural revitalization strategy",the rural cultural construction in Shifang City has achieved preliminary results.However,compared with the rural cultural construction in Zhongshifang City,the achievements are not ideal,and the development progress of rural cultural industry is slow.This paper analyses the problems in rural cultural construction in Shifang City from five aspects: system,personnel,enterprise financing,consumer market and negative cultural barriers.This paper analyses the causes of the problems from the aspects of policies and regulations,farmers’ own literacy,law enforcement and supervision.Based on this,the paper puts forward five research paths of rural cultural construction: improving policy system,improving grass-roots team,strengthening financing support policy,guiding farmers to correct cultural consumption concept,and strengthening law enforcement.The purpose of this study is to base on the current situation of backward rural cultural level,take Shifang City as an example,dig deep into the root of the problem,analyze the causes of the problem,study the gains and losses of past work,put forward new ideas and find new ways to thoroughly improve the current situation of poor cultural life in rural areas under the situation of "rural rejuvenation strategy",and make rural residents.The qualitative leap of the overall quality of life is to achieve the overall goal of Rural Revitalization proposed by the Central Committee in document No.1 of 2018.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.The main content is to clarify the research background,the significance of the study,the research summary of similar topics at home and abroad,the purpose,content,methods and ideas of the study.The second part is the theoretical basis,which mainly explains the definition and connotation of the relevant concepts of rural public cultural construction,as well as the theoretical reference support.The third part is the analysis of the current situation,mainly taking 12 towns and townships in Shifang City as the research object,taking villages and communities as the basic units to carry out random sampling survey,statistical integration of the basic situation of rural public cultural construction in Shifang City.The fourth part is the analysis of the existing problems and causes.The root causes of the deep excavation problems are analyzed and the root causes of the problems are analyzed.The fifth part is the discussion of countermeasures,mainly aiming at the root causes of the existing problems,pointing directly to the nature of contradictions,combining with the reality and adapting measures to local conditions,putting forward feasible solutions to the problems.
