China’s social economy has gained unprecedented rapid development,life has shown a thriving and prosperous situation,and the living standard of residents is improving with more and more disposable income.The demand for spiritual civilization is also getting stronger and stronger.At the same time,the reform of quality education in China has sublimated the popular education of art as an important way to improve residents’ artistic and cultural cultivation,from elementary school to higher education.As a supplement to school education,the existence of social training institutions also adds to the diversity of current education.Due to the growing demand for artistic aesthetics and cultural literacy among the people in China’s urban and rural areas,basic cultural and artistic training programs have gradually gained the attention and affection of the people.Not only do a large number of school-age children begin to learn a variety of different cultural and artistic programs,but adults who have a pursuit in artistic literacy also join the army of artistic training programs,hoping to improve their self-cultivation,supplement their professional skills and enrich their spare-time cultural life.Based on the above,funding for arts training has become an important direction in the daily consumption of our urban and rural populations.As a result,a large number of art training institutions and funds have flooded into the training market,resulting in extremely fierce competition in the industry.According to the current market development trends,especially in the art education and training industry,comprehensive institutions face the environment and situation,planning and creating the development of marketing optimization programs to adapt to the market,become the current art training industry institutions imperative priority.This is the only way to surge ahead in the competition and gain sustainable development.WY Art Studio is a start-up art training institution that focuses on painting training,and has been on a slow upward trend since its establishment.The main reason is that the institution’s marketing strategy has not kept pace with the times.In the fierce competition in the education and training industry,the first signs of weakness.There is an urgent need to develop a set of effective marketing optimization strategies to solve the problems that arise in marketing in business activities.This paper firstly discusses the objectives and relevant theoretical and practical significance of the selected research topic.Data collection and organization are carried out,and the main content of the literature search includes the domestic and international situation of the selected topic,followed by a review of the relevant specific realities.A targeted discussion and analysis of the underlying theories of WY Art Studio marketing optimization research were conducted to determine the research content and methodology.Then the organizational structure,course programs,pricing situation,and recent marketing and promotion status of WY Art Studio are sorted out.The Five Forces Model,PEST analysis,and 4P theory were used to analyze and identify the problems of WY Art Studio.We designed a questionnaire survey and used spss to conduct statistical analysis from the table to the inside,summarizing the four problems that need to be solved in the studio’s marketing optimization strategy under the current situation.The specific implementation measures and programs that need to be integrated and optimized were organized and planned out.Subsequently,the plan and guarantee measures for the implementation of WY Art Studio’s marketing optimization strategy were deployed,as well as a description of the specific marketing optimization tasks to be completed in stages.It is hoped that the conclusions drawn from the WY Art Studio marketing optimization strategy study will provide other small and medium-sized art training institutions with methods and ideas that can be used as reference and reference in developing marketing optimization strategies. |
