As musical cultural products,concerts play a large role in social life,can bring people the enjoyment of beauty,and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses.With the continuous development and progress of the Internet,all kinds of cultural products are actively integrated with the Internet,and concerts are no exception.Since 2014,attempts have been made to transfer the content of offline concerts to the Internet for live broadcasting,which has received a great response.The outbreak of the epidemic in 2020 forced offline performing arts activities to stop,and at the same time promoted the development of online performing arts.Various forms of "cloud performing arts" products emerged,and online concerts are also an important part of "cloud performing arts" products.In the era of new media,the rapid development of technology has brought unprecedented opportunities and changes.Therefore,online performance is not only a timely move during the epidemic period,but also the future development direction of the performance industry.As an important part of the online development of music performance,online concert has attracted the attention of the academic and industry.In order to realize the long-term development of online concerts,it is necessary to grasp the communication of online concerts in the era of new media.Based on Laswell’s "5W" communication mode,this paper studies the communication of online concerts.Taking the new theoretical connotation of "5W" communication mode in the new media era as the main theory,and on the basis of sorting out the historical background,process and driving factors of the development of online concerts,Through content analysis,questionnaire and depth interview to the new media age five elements in the process of the propagation of online concert launches the thorough analysis,to explore the new media era online concert communicator,content and channel changes and characteristics of the research of new media era of online concert audience characteristics and specific communication effect,Find out the advantages and problems in the process of online concert communication,deeply analyze the underlying causes,and put forward corresponding optimization strategy suggestions.In this paper,the study found that the new media era "5W" communication mode the theoretical connotation of the transmission elements in a pattern change,disseminator control no longer has the information dissemination,delivering content under the influence of technology progress on morphological change,its beautiful degree and information content are very good ascension,transmission channel is no longer restricted by time and space,information is more direction,The initiative of the audience to receive and disseminate information has been enhanced,and the Angle of the audience is more emphasized in the communication effect.Based on the analysis of dissemination of the whole process of online concert,it is concluded that online concert reflects the production team,the propagator of more feeling,operations team more system two big characteristics,the spread of online concert has integrated into the high-tech content elements,custom personality performance,enhance the interaction experience,subject to positive energy four big characteristics,Communication channels embody the characteristics of diversity and multi-direction information flow.Through the study of online concert audience and communication effect,it is found that online concert has problems such as content homogeneity,low audience loyalty and weak sense of atmosphere,and puts forward strategic suggestions for the future development of online concert.In other words,online concerts should clarify their audience positioning and adopt the strategy of mass communication to make and publicize content.In addition,online concerts can introduce the concept of gamified participation to enhance user engagement and audience loyalty.Finally,the author proposes that online concerts can achieve immersive experience through rich interactive ceremonies.
