| Zhang Zhong,as the representative painter of ink painting and birds in Yuan Dynasty,inherited and developed the previous painting techniques.In order to supplement the research on zhang Zhong’ s flower-and-bird painting techniques,I will discuss zhang Zhong’s flower-and-bird painting techniques from the perspective of practice from the three aspects of brushwork,modeling and dyeing methods,centering on the three concepts of "loose","sparse" and "bright and embellish".Then I will make a contrast between Zhang Zhong,"Hundred Flowers Scroll",Chen Lin and Wang Yuan’ s meticulous forms of ink,flowers and birds,and freehand flower and bird paintings of Ming and Qing Dynasties.So as to make a positioning on the characteristics of Zhang’ s techniques,and discuss the inspiration brought by Zhang Zhong’s painting to my practice. |
