Abstract/Summary:
With the implementation of the national joint examination system for teachers’ qualifications,the opportunities for students from non-normal majors to become teachers have been greatly increased.Teachers of non-normal major have not received systematic pre-service training,and lacked both theoretical knowledge for education and teaching,as well as practical experience such as novitiate or internship.What is their professional development status? What factors have influenced their professional development? How to promote the professional development of non-normal teachers? Based on this thinking,it is necessary to carry out research on professional development of non-normal teachers.This research adopts the method of educational narrative research,focusing on the exploration of the professional growth process of non-normal English teachers in primary schools in real situations.Listen to the story,think and explore,and present the true meaning and value of teacher development from the perspective of practice in the way of explanatory understanding.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.Literature analysis is used to sort out and analyze relevant literature.On this basis,the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,definition of core concepts,research ideas and methods are mainly explained.The second part analyzes the psychological process of the development of non-normal teachers from the four stages of teacher professional development: adaptation period,target orientation period,self-exploration period and mature creation period.The third part mainly analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the professional development of non-normal teachers.This part mainly summarizes the internal and external factors that influence the professional development of teachers through the interview method and narrative research method,so as to enhance the cognition and understanding of the professional development of non-normal teachers.The fourth part is to summarize the experience of non-normal teachers who can grow into excellent teachers and draw inspiration for other teachers.
