From the beginning of its birth,observational documentaries have the function of presenting and recording the truth.They advocate a spectator attitude,do not control the actions of the subjects,follow up for a long time,do not interfere with the people and things described,and less involved in the production process.The observation documentary,represented by "direct film",has created a unique style in the documentary.The randomness and unpredictability faced by the creators at the shooting scene have created the immersive immersion and authenticity presented by the film.In emergencies,the creator records in the face of many uncertainties,such as the unknown environment,the unknown characters and the unknown shooting conditions,which is a major test of on-the-spot response ability and creative ideas.In July 2021,under the background of the sudden flood in Henan,I followed the rescue team temporarily established in Dongming,Heze to the affected area for rescue,and tracked and photographed it.The rescue workers have different occupations and incomes.As ordinary people,it is difficult for these people to have the same professionalism as the official rescue team in the rescue process,but when the crisis comes,they will also rush to the most dangerous place fearlessly.As a bystander,the author always keeps a restrained record and shows the actions of non-governmental relief organizations from a neutral perspective.Taking my work upstream as an example,this paper analyzes the exploration and practice of observational documentary in the presentation of emergencies.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods and innovation.The second part is the first chapter of the text,which expounds the basis of observational documentary,analyzes the cases of observational documentary at home and abroad,and expounds the enlightenment after the research.The third part presents the practical strategy of observational documentary in the presentation of emergencies,which is divided into four sections: narrative strategy,application exploration of observational technique,direct expression of picture and true reproduction of sound.The fourth part discusses the creation speculation as an observational documentary in the work upstream.This paper analyzes the works from two perspectives: the problems encountered in creation and creative reflection. |
