| With the promotion of quality-oriented education in China,the Ministry of Education and The State Council have issued a series of documents on paying attention to the all-round development of students’ morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.Sports dance is a perfect combination of "body" and "beauty".As a very popular sport dance among children,cha-cha dance is becoming more and more popular in China.However,the teaching method and process of cha-cha in China are relatively monotonous and boring,which leads to unsatisfactory learning effect of students.Therefore,how to improve students’ learning effect of cha-cha has become an urgent topic to be discussed and studied in current cha-cha teaching.This study aims to understand the current situation of students’ cha-cha learning by searching the TARGET teaching mode,cha-cha and learning effect and conducting field visits to several dance institutions.The questionnaire was designed by consulting data and interviewing experts.According to the principles of the core elements of the TARGET teaching model,in order to improve students’ cha-cha learning effect,the TARGET teaching model is effectively integrated into the cha-cha teaching.Finally,the TARGET teaching model strategy is proposed under the background of deepening education and teaching reform and comprehensively improving the quality of compulsory education in China.This study adopts the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.In this study,30 girls aged 10-12 were selected as experimental subjects for a 10-week teaching experiment.In order to ensure the feasibility and credibility of this study was to test for two class before the students’ learning interest,learning motivation,body quality and common special skills to the indicators data were analyzed,and the analysis results show that the two class the students’ learning interest,learning motivation,body quality and regular special skills,there was no significant difference,the indicators for subsequent related experiments.The experimental class and the control class respectively adopt the TARGET teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode for teaching.The data of various experimental indicators are compared and analyzed by the data statistics software SPSS23.0,and finally it is concluded that compared with the traditional teaching mode,the TARGET teaching mode can better improve students’ learning effect of cha-cha.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,TARGET teaching mode can improve students’ interest in learning cha-cha more effectively.2.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the TARGET teaching mode can motivate students to learn the cha-cha.3.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,TARGET teaching mode has a more obvious effect on improving students’ physical quality.4.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,TARGET teaching mode can improve students’ conventional specialized skills more effectively. |
