| As a new sports item which combines art and body-building highly,sports dance is favored by teenagers.More and more children join in the study of sports dance.Choosing appropriate teaching methods according to the characteristics of teaching objects can not only guide students to master skills and knowledge effectively,but also enhance students’ interest and attention.Children between 6 and 8 years of age are easily emotional in personality,at the same time,lack of attention,poor self-regulation and so on.According to the students’ personality,we should use the methods of encouragement and praise to cultivate students’ self-confidence,help students set up self-confidence and stimulate their interest in study.This paper mainly discusses the influence of "Exited interest guiding learning" and traditional teaching method on children’s physical quality,learning attitude,learning interest and skill learning effect.Based on the literature,pedagogy,psychology and physiology,combined with the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development and rumba dance,this paper makes a research and experiment on "Exited interest guiding learning",trying to take "Exciting Interest" as the form,"Learning Guide" as the carrier,and "Task" as the main line in the classroom,so as to achieve a better classroom effect.After twelve weeks of teaching experiments,the effects of the two teaching methods on children’s physical quality,learning attitude,learning interest and skill learning were observed.Experimental results:(1)In terms of physical quality,there were significant differences in four indexes of lower limb flexibility(p<0.05),coordination(p<0.05),core(p<0.05)and balance(p<0.05)between the two groups after the experiment.Before the comparison experiment,after the experiment,there were no significant differences in the two indexes of flexibility(P>0.05),coordination(P>0.05),balance(p<0.05),core(p<0.01),coordination(p<0.05),flexibility,core and balance(p<0.01).(2)In the aspect of learning interest,there were significant differences between the two groups in the three dimensions of active interest,passive interest and sport participation(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the dimension of autonomous learning(P>0.05).(3)In terms of skill learning,there were significant differences in step technique,rhythm and time value,body posture and musical expressiveness(p<0.05)in sports dance combinations.Experimental results:(1)The application of "Exited interest guiding learning" is beneficial to the improvement of students’ flexibility,balance and core quality.Although both "Exited interest guiding learning" and general explanation and demonstration have improved the physical quality of students,but "Exited interest guiding learning" has improved more significantly.(2)The use of "Exited interest guiding learning" can enhance students’ interest in learning and stimulate their enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge.There is no significant difference between the two groups in autonomous learning,but the three dimensions of active interest,passive interest and active participation are significantly higher.(3)The use of "Exited interest guiding learning" can improve the effect of students’ skill learning.The students of "Exited interest guiding learning" scored significantly higher than those of ordinary explanation demonstration,among which the students of step technique,rhythm and time,body posture and music expression scored significantly higher than those of ordinary explanation demonstration,and the students’ excellent rate was higher than those of ordinary explanation demonstration. |
