With the maturity and expansion of Internet technology, more and more readers begin to contact network literature.Internet literature is a popular popular literary work with serial characteristics, which takes the internet as an important communication and display channel and meets the reading purpose of readers’ leisure and entertainment. With the characteristics of popularization, popularization and interaction, internet literature has become an important way of mass leisure and entertainment. The scale of internet literature readers limits the wider dissemination of excellent works, and the adaptation of internet literature into film and television works can not only deeply tap the value of internet literature, but also present the wonderful internet literature to more audiences. This thesis takes the adaptation right of internet literature film and television as the research object, establishes the valuation model of internet literature film and television adaptation right, and determines the reasonable evaluation value.Firstly, this thesis briefly introduces the internet literature and film and television adaptation right, quotes the data of the internet literature industry, analyzes the development status of internet literature, and summarizes the relationship between internet literature and film and television adaptation.Secondly,it puts forward two value paths of internet literature film and television adaptation right.Different value paths have different valuation principles, valuation methods and valuation models. It also analyzes the influencing factors under the specific value path, and recently puts forward the basic evaluation theories, including Sanov’s law,Metcalf’s law,Reed’s law and Metcalf’s law modified based on Zipf’s law. Then, after analyzing the applicability of different evaluation methods, this thesis selects the modified DEVA valuation model and AHP analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the value of internet literature film and television adaptation right, and introduces the actual number of paying users, the basic contribution of unit users, the additional contribution of unit users and the full platform coefficient to evaluate the copyright value of internet literature works. Finally, taking the value evaluation of internet literature film and television adaptation right of the Lord of the Mysteries as a case, the above model is applied to evaluate the value of film and television adaptation right. In the calculation process,Matlab is used to fit the readers’ contribution, and the measurable and limited readers’ contribution is used to predict all readers’ contributions. When using AHP,the sharing rate of film and television adaptation right is reasonably determined with the number of potential users, adaptation feasibility, plot reduction degree, expression form and profitability as the criterion level. The conclusion of this thesis is that the value of the film and television adaptation right of the Lord of Mysteries is 7830 million yuan under the benchmark date of May 1,2020.Compared with the open transaction volume in the market, the appraisal result is high,on the one hand, because the Lord of secrets has higher film and television adaptation potential than other ordinary works,On the other hand, the value of film and television adaptation right based on the full copyright value of internet literature does not consider the feasibility of production.Under the premise of considering assumptions, the evaluation results of this thesis are reasonable and credible. Finally,it summarizes the content of this thesis, points out the innovation of this thesis in selecting the evaluation object and evaluation model, and points out the shortcomings of this thesis.
