With the continuous development of high and new technologies such as cloud computing and big data,human society has transformed from the information age to the data age,and data has become the core asset of an enterprise.However,at present,the definition and ownership of data assets are still unclear,coupled with the characteristics of variable value and high timeliness,the valuation of data assets is relatively difficult,and there is no scientific evaluation method yet.Moreover,data has become the fifth major factor of production,and the trading and circulation market of data assets is also expanding.How to effectively measure the value of data assets and build a scientific and unified valuation mechanism is an urgent problem to be solved.For different enterprises,the composition of data assets and value creation mechanisms are also different.At present,the research on the valuation of data assets is mainly concentrated in the fields of real estate,logistics and ecommerce,and there is little research on the data assets of online music companies.Such companies have huge user data resources,but there are problems such as low user payment rate and low user stickiness.Data analysis based on user behavior helps online music companies to accurately grasp user preferences,improve user experience,and predict music trends.If you can use data assets to attract and retain more users,and expand different business scenarios to improve the user’s payment conversion rate,it will bring a substantial increase to the profit of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper aims at the subdivision of online music enterprises,and studies the value expression and evaluation of data assets in such enterprises,so as to help enterprise managers better understand the value of data assets and strengthen the management of data assets in order to seek new profits.growth point.By sorting out the relevant literature on online music enterprise value,data asset value evaluation and extension analytic hierarchy process(EAHP),this paper lays a theoretical foundation for determining the evaluation idea of this article’s value segmentation and building a data asset value evaluation model.This paper firstly sorts out the related concepts and characteristics of data assets,finds that data assets belong to combined intangible assets,and discusses the value creation mechanism of data assets combined with the theory of value chain,and analyzes its value influencing factors.Then,combined with the industry chain and profit model of online music companies,the characteristics of user-driven value are found,which provides a basis for determining the value evaluation method of online music companies.It is highly related to business and has the characteristics of uncertainty,and discusses the value creation mechanism of online music enterprise data assets based on Porter’s value chain.Then,based on the above characteristics,this paper constructs a data asset evaluation model for online music companies based on value segmentation,that is,using the user value model to evaluate the overall value of online music companies,deducting the value of the book tangible assets to obtain the value of the intangible assets of the enterprise portfolio,and then based on the extension level analysis The method calculates the data asset share rate,uses the interval number instead of the specific value to construct the judgment matrix,and uses the correlation function to make the result accurate,which improves the traditional AHP index hard problem,and makes the evaluation result more in line with the objective reality.Finally,Tencent Music is selected as a case to verify the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model in this paper.This paper hopes to optimize the value evaluation of data assets through the above research,so that the evaluation results are closer to the objective reality.At the same time,it provides more references for the future development of data assets and the growth of online music companies.
