The Relationship Between Parental Psychological Control And Mobile Addiction In Junior And Senior High School Students:The Role Of Psychological Flexibility And Self Control

Using the method of cluster sampling,2200 middle school students were selected as the survey objects in Henan Province.Parents’ psychological control scale,psychological flexibility scale,self-control scale and mobile phone addiction scale were used method.The purpose is to explore the influence of parental psychological control on mobile phone addiction,and to study the intermediary role of psychological flexibility between parental psychological control and mobile phone addiction,as well as the regulatory role of self-control between parental psychological control,psychological flexibility and mobile phone addiction.Use spss23.0 software and process carry out descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,mediation effect test,regulation effect test,etc.The results are as follows:1.The psychological control of middle school students’ parents was higher in boys than in girls(t=5.308,p<0.01);In the source area of students,the urban area was higher than the rural area(t=4.5000,p<0.01);The only child was higher than the non only child(t=2.475,p<0.01).2.The psychological flexibility of middle school students was higher in boys than in girls(t=-2.542,p<0.05);In the source of students,rural areas were higher than cities and towns(t=1.201,p<0.05).3.The self-control of middle school students was higher in boys than in girls(t=2.270,p<0.05).4.The sex of middle school students’ mobile phone addiction was higher in boys than in girls(t=2.503,p<0.05);The only child was higher than the non only child(t=1.719,p<0.01).5.There was a significant positive correlation between parental psychological control and mobile phone addiction(β=0.170,t=10.575,p<0.001).Psychological flexibility can significantly negatively predict mobile phone addiction(β=0.2,r=13.991,p<0.001).6.Self control can play a regulatory role in the mediating model of parental psychological control,psychological flexibility and mobile phone addiction(β=0.055,t=3.842,p<0.05),and self-control was only adjusted in the first and second half of the influence of parental psychological control on mobile phone addiction.Under the conditions of this study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Parental psychological control can directly and positively predict mobile phone addiction.2.Psychological flexibility plays an intermediary role between parental psychological control and mobile phone addiction3.Self control can play a regulatory role in the intermediary model of parental psychological control,psychological flexibility and mobile phone addiction.
