| The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in the Spring Festival of 2020 has caused a cliff-like impact on the cultural tourism industry,travel agencies have canceled their bookings,the gates of scenic spots are closed,and the doors of hotels can be closed,to this day,the epidemic is still erupting in many points,in the face of the normalization of the epidemic,how to recover the cultural and tourism industry as soon as possible,it is urgent to study.Songcheng performance,as a model of cultural and tourism integration,the pioneers of the tourism performing arts industry,responded quickly during the epidemic period,adding an outdoor version of Songcheng’s ancient feelings,developing night tour projects,creating the Songcheng performance Kingdom,etc.Various measures have made Songcheng performance turn losses into profits in the case of waterloo in the cultural tourism industry,it is not easy,and it is not easy to study the elastic recovery of Songcheng performance under the impact of the new crown epidemic,which has certain reference significance for the recovery of the cultural tourism industry as soon as possible under sudden crisis events.Using the methods of grounded theory,background trend line and regression analysis,this paper studies the impact of Songcheng’s performance under the COVID-19,attempts to build a Songcheng performance elastic recovery model,and analyzes the driving force and innovation force of Songcheng’s performance elastic recovery through the recovery model.The main results are as follows: first,from the four perspectives of economy,staff,external environment and tourists’ psychology,this paper studies the impact of COVID-19 on Songcheng’s performance,and concludes that the impact of COVID-19 on Songcheng’s performance revenue in2020 is as high as 3.229 billion yuan,which clarifies the specific impact of COVID-19 on Songcheng’s performance.Second,through the content analysis of the investor relations activity table,this paper constructs the CSR model of Songcheng’s performance elastic recovery,demonstrates the dynamic relationship between the travel industry and Songcheng’s performance under the impact of the COVID-19,and puts forward the driving force and innovation force of Songcheng’s performance elastic recovery.The driving forces mainly include integrated development,platform strategy and Songcheng people’s focus on truth-seeking.The innovation force mainly includes continuous innovation of enterprises,project optimization and upgrading and ticket price circle customization.Thirdly,from the two indicators of the total operating income and net profit of Songcheng performance,this paper quantitatively studies the current situation of the recovery of Songcheng performance elasticity.The research shows that the economic indicators of Songcheng performance gradually recover after being hit by the cliff like impact of the COVID-19,which shows that Songcheng performance have a certain elasticity.Fourth,it summarizes and analyzes the tourism recovery of Songcheng performance major holidays and net profits in recent eight quarters.During the May Day holiday in 2021,the total number of tourists received was 1.65 million,which was 1.35 times that of the same period in2019.The net profit in the fourth quarter of 2021 soared to 2.15 times that of the same period in 2019.This set of data has helped the recovery of tourism performance,and also added confidence to the normalized epidemic operation of the entire cultural and tourism industry. |
