Abstract/Summary:
The difficulty of learning Hanzi(汉字)is a generally recognized fact in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.As a symbol of the ideographic system,for students who are accustomed to the primary level of pinyin characters,the shape of Hanzi(汉字)seems to be a mysterious picture,and the characteristics of the integration of hanzi(汉字)into the body and sound make Hanzi(汉字)difficult to learn,difficult to remember,difficult to read,and difficult to write.Due to the lack of correct understanding of the relationship between Hanzi(汉字)and Hanzi(汉字)and the status of Chinese character teaching,the teaching of foreign Hanzi(汉字)has always been a vassal of comprehensive courses,and the teaching materials basically take the road of"literacy with the text",that is,the Hanzi(汉字)that need to be mastered appear with the words in the text.With the summary of teachers’experience and the feedback of learners’learning achievements,scholars have changed the teaching methods of"language integration"and"word-based",and established independent,systematic and targeted Chinese character teaching materials,which face up to the Chinese character system and internal laws,with the goal of enhancing learners’awareness of Chinese characters,cultivating Chinese character writing ability,and perceiving the internal structure of Chinese characters,so as to better help learners to understand the overall cognition of Chinese characters.This paper takes two independent Chinese character textbooks for Chinese as a foreign language,"Introduction to Chinese Characters"and"Rules of Chinese Characters",as examples to explore the preparation and problems of independent Chinese character textbooks.First of all,the research literature of Hanzi(汉字)as a foreign language textbooks is collected,and the concepts,teaching modes,and learner biases of Hanzi(汉字)teaching materials for foreign language are summarized and analyzed,so as to determine the problems and research trends of Hanzi(汉字)teaching materials for chinese as a foreign language at this stage.Secondly,taking the"Chinese Proficiency and Vocabulary Outline","Basic Chinese Character List"and"International Chinese Education Level Level Standards"as the standards,the statistical comparison of Chinese character types and word quantities in the two textbooks,as well as the concept of writing the two textbooks,the writing style,the Chinese character interpretation mode,the Knowledge points and exercises of Chinese characters,etc.are elaborated and analyzed.Finally,from the aspects of writing examples,Chinese character selection,and practice arrangement,we put forward suggestions for the preparation of independent Chinese character teaching materials for Chinese as a foreign language,in order to add bricks and tiles to the cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The introduction expounds the research background and significance,reviews the research results and current situation,and divides the research on foreign Chinese character teaching materials into the concept of writing Chinese character textbooks,textbook evaluation and textbook comparison research,statistics of three different types of Hanzi(汉字)as a foreign language teaching materials,and elaborates the research objects and methods.The first chapter is divided into three parts,one is the concept of writing,summarizing the concept of the preparation of the two textbooks,clarifying the writing principles and design connotations of the editors,comparing the same as the primary stage of independent Chinese character textbooks for foreign languages,the similarity and difference of the theory of the two textbooks,paving the way for the following comparison of the scope of word selection and Chinese character knowledge points.The second is the style of teaching materials,comparing and analyzing the overall style of the two textbooks and single lesson examples,the former analyzing the capacity of teaching materials,recommended hours and catalog arrangement,and the latter is the number,order and content selection of individual courses.The third is the layout and illustration design of the textbook,which ranges from the size of chinese characters,the color of the cover and the number and type of illustrations of the two books.The second chapter is divided into three parts,one is the selection of Chinese characters,comparing the total number of Hanzi(汉字)and the amount of Hanzi(汉字)in a single lesson of the two textbooks,and analyzing the word selection of the two textbooks with the"Chinese Proficiency and Vocabulary Outline"A,B,C and D vocabulary list,the"Basic Chinese Character List"1000 words,the"International Chinese Education Level Level Standard"Chinese character list and handwriting table as the standard.The second is the Chinese character interpretation mode,which analyzes the proportion of the three interpretation modes and the difference in the distribution of Chinese character terms by referring to the three methods of language interpretation,graphic interpretation and Chinese character theory.The third is the knowledge points of Chinese characters,through the selection of Sixteen Chinese character knowledge points such as bihua(笔画),bishun(笔顺),word creation,Chinese character structure,Chinese character origin,and Chinese character simplification,combined with the definition standards of modern academic circles,teaching objects and teaching writing concepts,the knowledge points of the two textbooks are selected.The third chapter is a statistical analysis of the arrangement concept,arrangement structure,number of exercises,exercise types,exercise covers Chinese character knowledge points,and the correlation between the practice parts of the two textbooks,compares the advantages and disadvantages of the exercise parts of the two textbooks,and analyzes the directions and suggestions that need to be improved when writing the practice of the two Hanzi(汉字)as a foreign language textbooks according to the data statistics and description analysis.The fourth chapter is based on the above-mentioned research on the selection of Chinese characters,knowledge points of Chinese characters,Chinese character interpretation modes and exercises in Chinese character teaching materials as a foreign language,and finally puts forward four suggestions for independent Chinese character teaching materials for foreign language:the teaching materials are scientific and reasonable,the selection of Hanzi(汉字)is concise and practical,the knowledge of Hanzi(汉字)is rich and easy to understand,and the Chinese character practice is interesting and diverse.Provide a reference for the preparation of independent Chinese character textbooks for Chinese as a foreign language.
