In April 2001,Ministry of Labor of China formally launched the "National Professional Standards for Psychological Therapist(trial)",at the same time,psychological therapist was formally included in the "China Professional Code".In July 2002,the National Professional Qualification Program for psychological therapist was officially launched.In September 2017,Psychological Therapist was removed from the National Professional Qualification Directory.From 2002 to 2017,there were more than 1.4 million psychological therapist(including secondlevel and third-level)certified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.But currently only 30,000 to 40,000 people actually work as full-time or part-time psychological therapist.With the increasing of people’s awareness of mental health,the demand for this profession and vocational training is still very strong,but there is still a shortage of psychological therapist in China.After the cancellation of the National Qualification Examination,due to the lack of supervision and guidance from professional institutions,the training market is flooded with various certificate projects which are lacking scientific expertise,which would seriously damage the development of the psychological therapist industry in China.This study takes the training center of L Psychological Consulting Company as the research object.L Psychological Consulting company,was formed as a psychological studio at the beginning,providing personal psychological counseling services,it was registered as a corporate enterprise in 2017 and set up four service centers,there are Training Center,Psychological Counseling Center,EAP center and Social Welfare Activity Center.After 5 years,the company gradually formed scale.This study introduced all kinds of service marketing theories,such as PEST,Porter’s Five Forces model,SWOT analysis.Basing on the analysis of the company,also the result of interviewing with management team and survey for customer,we found out existing key problems of L Psychological Consulting Company.Finally we redesign Product,Price,Place,Promotion,People,Physical Evidence and Process to helping company build core advantages and achieve economic growth.Now Chinese citizen are paying more and more attention to mental health,the demand of standard psychological therapist training system is needed.This study aims to restructure the service marketing strategy of L Psychological Consulting Company under such situation,also promoting the service marketing strategy along with internet transformation according to market and consumers’ real demand.This industry is still in the exploratory stage,this study may provide some reference value for the industry and can be used as a reference for similar enterprises in the industry. |
