The subject curriculum standard is a disciplinary expression of talent training specifications,a national teaching guiding document,and an important basisfor teachers to implement teaching.My country’s compulsory education curriculum standards have been promulgated(2001experimental draft,2011 revised draft)for 21 years,but whether teachers really understand the concepts advocated by the curriculum standards,whether they carry out teaching and teaching research according to the curriculum standards,and whether they have achieved due teaching.The specific implementation of these curriculum standards,such as the effect,still lacks tools to measure.Based on this,on the basis of Taylor’s curriculum theory and Goodlad’s curriculum hierarchy theory,this study draws on the existing relevant measurement tools,and takes "Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "Standard")as the standard.Based on the text,the Delphi method is used to listen to expert suggestions to construct an evaluation index system for the implementation of curriculum standards from three dimensions.To compile a teaching plan,whether the teaching objectives,teaching evaluation design and teaching activity design are consistent.The second is the implementation of teachers’ comprehension curriculum(teaching process).The teaching process includes classroom teaching and school-based research.Classroom observation is used to examine whether teachers’ teaching behaviors and students’ learning performance are consistent with the curriculum standards.To investigate whether the seminar activities of the teaching and research group are carried out in accordance with the standard through interviews.The third is the test of students’ learning results,including the analysis of the test content and the statistics of the test results,to check whether the test content is based on the standard and whether the test results meet the standard.This research selects the implementation of the English curriculum standards in the fourth grade of S school as a case study,uses interviews,classroomobservation and other research methods to collect information on the implementation process of the curriculum standards,organizes the teaching research team leader,the teaching director and the front-line teachers as the evaluation team,and evaluates the indicators.The system is applied to practice to test the implementation of curriculum standards.By analyzing the survey results,the fourthgrade of S school has both achievements and shortcomings in the implementation of English curriculum standards.The results are as follows: at the teacher level,teachers gradually understand and accept the concepts,goals and content of the curriculum standards,teachers gradually change their instrumental beliefs,begin to pay attention to three-dimensional goals and reflect them in teaching,and change from focusing on the individual to focusing on the whole.A variety of activities support English teaching,etc.At the student level,students’ language knowledge and language skills have been effectively improved,and students’ learning interest and learning ability have been improved.But there are also some deficiencies,such as at the teacher level,teachers lack the knowledge literacy to implement curriculum standards,and teachers’ implementation of curriculum standards is not enough.At the organizational level,collective lesson preparation has not played its due role,and the evaluation mechanism is still "score"-oriented.At the student level,the development of the core literacy of students is uneven,and the development among students is uneven.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,we find deficiencies,and we must use the evaluation results to make corresponding improvements to the deficiencies,such as carrying out standards-based teaching,carrying out standards-based teaching and research,and carrying out standards-based evaluation to improve the implementation of curriculum standards.effect,so as to ultimately promote student learning.
