With the increasing demand for quality of life,China’s music market has entered a new era.According to the 2016-2022 Chinese performing arts market status analysis and future development trends can be seen in the report, compared with the traditional audio and video publishing industry decline, music performance class consumption increased significantly,in different performance, symphony, opera and ballet and other traditional performing arts products profit is difficult, but the festival market development prospect is good. From 2009 to 2019,music festival performances have been popular with the public, and the market share has increased sharply, becoming an important force driving the Chinese performing arts market.Based on the above analysis, this study takes Hainan and Taiwan as the research objects to analyze the operation situation of pop music festivals in the two largest island provinces of China, and to explore the advantages and disadvantages and differences of the performing arts markets in the two places from the perspective of comparative research. Therefore, this article will combine the music industry management theory analysis, summarized the pop festival activities,in order to "comparative study present situation description-research-model building-strategy design" research route, through the case study, analysis of Joan case representative music festival, and Taiwan,to grasp the Hainan area pop festival operation mode on the existing problems and Taiwan pop festival operation mode on the problems and defects. At the same time, literature research method, comparative research method, multiple linear regression analysis method, paired comparison method, investigation method, induction method, deductive method and other methods are used to build the pop music festival operation system model between Hainan and Taiwan.By adjusting the structure and integrating resources,a standardized operation strategy for performing arts institutions is formed,in order to help solve the non-standard problems existing in the operation process, promote the further development of cross-strait music festivals, and provide reference for the related operation and management of music performing arts industry in the future. It provides reference for the rapid development of the music industry. The main content of this paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction of the article, introduced the selected topic reason and the research background, put forward in this paper, the research purpose and meaning, and the system based on combing the domestic and foreign policies and regulations, the personnel system, marketing and product planning festival operation related research results, finally introduced the research idea, content and method of this article. The second part is the theoretical basis and case study of this paper, which is divided into two parts.Firstly,it defines the concept of music festival and operation mode and summarizes the development environment and background of the music industry according to the operation theory related to the music industry. The second part starts to analyze the operating status of each case across the Taiwan Straits, and explains the current operating status of Hainan and Taiwan pop music festivals respectively. The third part is the evaluation index system of this paper, the actual investigation and the comparative analysis of the operation mode of popular music festivals between Hainan and Taiwan. The first part is to construct the operation system model of Hainan and Taiwan pop music festival by analyzing the elements of the operation mode of the music industry, and then design and screen the evaluation indexes. Then,by using the five-measure method,a comparative questionnaire was designed, and experts from both sides of the Taiwan Straits were invited to make judgments on the relative importance of indicators at all levels. Finally, multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the survey data and calculate the indicators at all levels.Collect the relevant data required by the operation mode, use SPSS and other software to calculate the scoring value of each index, and then analyze the data of the evaluation results to draw a conclusion. The fourth part is the setting of the development strategy.According to the conclusion drawn after the analysis of the evaluation results in the previous chapter, the development of the cross-strait pop music industry still has problems such as the incomplete industrial chain, the lack of industrial management ability and the lack of industrial self-renewal ability.Based on the above background, corresponding adjustment strategies are proposed, and then resources are integrated to form a standardized operation strategy for performing arts organizations. The fifth part is the summary and outlook. It summarizes the final research conclusions of this paper and puts forward the innovation analysis and the still existing shortcomings, which provides new ideas and directions for future research.
