A Study On The Relationship Between People’s Language Ability And Their Income In Luocheng Mulam Autonmous County Under The Background Of Language Poverty Alleviation

Language-based poverty alleviation has the characteristics of forerunner,overall situation and foundation,which is an important starting point of poverty alleviation in the new era.The promulgation of Action Plan For Promoting Mandarin To Help Poverty Alleviation(2018-2020)incorporate the popularization of mandarin into the performance appraisal of poverty alleviation work of local poverty alleviation departments and education departments It also highlights the important role of language poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas,especially in ethnic poverty-stricken areas.Guangxi Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County is the only Mulao Autonomous County in China.It is also the key county of national poverty alleviation work and Guangxi deep poverty county.In recent years,the county has focused on "language-based poverty alleviation" as an important work of targeted poverty alleviation,which has achieved remarkable results.This paper takes the people of Mulao Autonomous County in Luocheng as the object of investigation,and uses the form of questionnaire and interview to investigate the language ability,language use,language attitude and income of the people of Mulao Autonomous County.Through the statistical analysis of the survey data,we can fully grasp the language ability and language use of the people in Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County.Through the SPSS software to analyze the survey data scientifically,to explore the correlation between the multilingual ability,Putonghua ability and income level of people in Luocheng.Through Amos software,this paper establishes the structural equation path model of the influence of Mandarin ability on income of Luocheng people,and analyzes the influence of each influence factor on income.Through the questionnaire and interview data,this paper analyzes and discusses the attitude and use of Putonghua of Mulao people in Luocheng,and intuitively understands the attitude of Putonghua of Mulao people in Luocheng and the influence of Putonghua on their own development.This paper provides reference and theoretical support for language policy,language education and language management in minority areas under the background of language poverty alleviation in China.
