Research On The Poverty Alleviation Effects And Promotion Strategies Of Rural Cultural Tourism In Ethnic Areas Of Southwest Guizhou

Rural cultural tourism development,a poverty alleviation method that can increase the income of the poor population and drive local economic growth,is favored by local governments at all levels.Evaluating the effect of cultural tourism poverty alleviation is an important means to find the problems of cultural tourism poverty alleviation and improve cultural tourism poverty alleviation.Qianxinan Prefecture(Qianxinan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture)have always been a tough nut to crack in the battle against poverty,with a large number of poor population and a heavy task of poverty alleviation.In order to win the battle against poverty,Qianxinan Prefecture makes full use of its rich tourism resources to carry out work on tourism poverty alleviation.Based on the existing literature research and the practical exploration,by using tourism poverty alleviation theory and poverty vicious cycle theory,following the principle of comprehensiveness,operability and science,combining with the actual situation of Qianxinan Prefecture(Qianxinan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture),and based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy method,an indicator system for measuring the poverty alleviation effect of rural cultural tourism in Qianxinan Prefecture was constructed from the four dimensions of economic effect,social effect,environmental effect and cultural effect.Applying the comprehensive evaluation model of rural cultural tourism poverty alleviation effect and the effect coordination degree model to measure the effect and coordination degree of rural cultural tourism poverty alleviation in Qianxinan Prefecture from 2012 to 2019,the results show that the comprehensive effect of poverty alleviation by rural cultural tourism in Qianxinan Prefecture and the degree of effect coordination are both in good shape.However,the effect score and coordination degree have developed unevenly.With the improvement of the comprehensive effect of rural cultural tourism poverty alleviation,the degree of coordination of effects has shown a downward trend.In addition,the questionnaire survey found that respondents generally support the poverty alleviation work of rural cultural tourism,and they have a clear perception of the positive and negative effects of rural cultural tourism.Based on the perspective of the improvement of effect optimization and coordination of the poverty alleviation rural cultural tourism in Qianxinan Prefecture,it is chiefly important to continuously optimize the structure of the rural cultural tourism industry,promote the regional economic development of the area,maintain and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and drive social undertakings progress.Secondly,it is necessary to protect the regional ecological environment to achieve sustainable development,fighting poverty alleviation with intelligence and volition.On the other hand,the endogenous motivation of the masses should be stimulated,the government need to innovate tourism poverty alleviation measures,and advance the coordination of poverty alleviation work with efficiency.
