Object:To study the effects of sufentanil and ketorolac tromethamine on the expression of IL-1,IL-10 and GM-CSF,thereby affecting wound healing and scar tissue formation in rats. Methods:Sixty four healthy SPF grade male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:ketorolac tromethamine group(T group),sufentanil group(S group),ketorolac tromethamine+sufentanil group(T+S group)and normal saline group(C group).Group T rats were injected with ketorolac tromethamine 3.5mg/(kg·12h),group S rats were injected with sufentanil 1.5μg/(kg·12 h),group T+S rats were injected with ketorolac tromethamine3.5mg/(kg·12 h)and sufentanil 1.5μg/(kg·12 h),group C rats were injected with an equal volume of 0.9%sodium chloride injection. On the 3rd,7th and 10 th days after modeling,4 rats in each group were randomly selected to determine the serum IL-1,L-10 and wound GM-CSF content by ELISA,and the wound healing time and scar area were calculated. The pathological changes were observed by HE staining and Masson staining. Results:On the 3rd,7th and 10 th day,the IL-1 concentration of T+S group was lower than that of C group(P<0.05);On the 7th and 10 th day,the concentration of IL-10 in the T+S group was higher than that in the C group(P<0.05);On the 3rd day,the ratio of GM-CSF/BCA in group C was lower than that in group T,S and T+S(P<0.05).The histological performance of HE staining and Masson staining of T+S group was better than that of C,T and S groups. Conclusions : Sufentanil combined with ketorolac tromethamine for postoperative analgesia can accelerate wound healing and reduce scar tissue area in rats, which may be related to inhibiting the expression of IL-1 and enhancing the expression of IL-10 and GM-CSF.
