Objective:To study the effect of ketorolac tromethamine and ropivacaine on the expression of GM-CSF involved in wound healing. Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight healthy adult male Kunming mice,cleaning degree,were stochastically allocated to four organizations(organization D, team N, group L, class H),every organization had 32 mice: mice in organization D were administered saline with the dose of 1ml/10 g in the tummy; mice in organization L were injected 0.5% ropivacaine 1ml/10 g near the damaged fur; mice in organization N were poured ketorolac-tromethamine 50mg/10 g into the tummy; mice in group H were injected ropivacaine 1ml/10 g around the cut combining with ketorolac tromethamine 5mg/kg intraperitoneally. Group D, group L, group N, group H were injected per moiety day ilka. After the damaged fur incision in mice models were done, we randomly selected eight mice without being putted back from every group at the 3rd day, the 7th and the 10 th day, then measured the utterance of GM-CSF by Elisa, as well as total protein by BCA. The rest eight mice in the every group would be continued to feed to cured, so keep track of the date, then measured the length and width of scars. Results:from the 3rd day to the10 th day after mouse model were built, the secretion of GM-CSF got the tremendous bench mark at the 3rd day,then slip little by little. In the 3rd day,there is no value in inductive math method(P>0.05). In the 7th day, imparities among the three organizations were valuable by inductivetion(P<0.05). Between organization H and D, H exceeded(P<0.05), L was enormous than D in inductive math method(P<0.05), but the team H was scanting than team L(P<0.05); In the 10 th day, distinctions among the three organizations were calculated by count induction( P<0.05). fussing about team D and N, N is scant(P<0.05). But the organizations L and H surpassed the D team(P<0.05). By fussing the time, differences among the three teams were worth to care. Organization H was briefer than team D and L(P<0.05),but class H was over level than group L in inductive(P<0.05);By fussing the model of scar, the team H were more diminutive than L(P<0.05),and indiscriminately with Group D(P>0.05). by fussing the organization N, the team D and class L were lumping(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ropivacaine combining with ketorolac tromethamine can increase the expression of GM-CSF and promote the healing of wound without causing the excessive scar abnormal healing and hyperplasia.
